Level Number: 723
Level Name: The Source Room
Difficulty: 0/5
Entity Count: 0/5
Level 723 is comprised of a single hallway containing a line of chairs, graffiti, and vines along with a single locked door located at the end of the hallway. This level resembles a simple map created in Valve's Source engine. You can tell this because of the simple polygonal geometry, the vines look like 2D images attached to the walls, and the chairs are unable to move. This is the safest level of all of the Backrooms and is the one level where you can experience eternal bliss. However, it is also the rarest. It is only possible to enter this level if a person has bought every single video game by Valve, or is an active Valve mapper who has used the Source SDK Tools. If any of these traits check your criteria, then it is possible for you directly arrive at this level when no-clipping. However, doing so will result in being unable to go to other levels, or escaping. Many people have claimed that they've visited this level in Portal 2 after experiencing a glitch in one of the levels. Many have also claimed to hear distant echoes of Track #13 from Selected Ambient Works II by Aphex Twin, although many people have not been able to find the source of where the music is coming from.
