Ig I'll put the OFSEB here
Army Capabilities: This organization only has 30,000 soldiers, but due to their wealth they can recruit many mercenaries from other factions in times of need. Their additional recruitable population is 50,000 if there was a need to fight for the survival of the entire faction. Otherwise, it would be hard to get more than 2,000 more people to fight. This organization relies on their more powerful allies for military support.
Economy: This organization requires a lot of funding for building infrastructure, and thus focuses on economics. Their main industries are: Rent (New wanderers are not charged but people looking for a permanent home with the OFSEB pay 3,200 B$ annually for access to wifi, food, water, housing, electricity, and other conveniences), Electricity (The OFSEB has access to the O7's massive powerplant which produces near-infinite electricity. They sell this electricity to smaller factions), Production of Necessities (The OFSEB always have surpluses of food and almond water at their disposal due to their constant expeditions into the more fruitful levels. Only 20% of their supplies is used by them or given away, and the rest is usually sold to groups), Production of Arms (Using a Mirror of Duplication, this group has infinite Remington 870s [The only weapon they had that could fit into the mirror and thus the only infinite supply they have] which they sell to anyone for defense against entities), Taxes (Use of OFSEB infrastructure for purposes other than escaping the Backrooms comes with a 20% tax and a 5 B$ toll for each level traversed), and Research (the OFSEB fosters wanderers who wish to research the Backrooms to learn about it. Critical information is put on this database, and potentially valuable information is sold to the O7. Various cures for Backrooms diseases have been developed by the OFSEB, and are given to wanderers and sold in bulk to factions).
Their economy has around 1 trillion B$ in circulation.
Level Control:
The OFSEB is not the main organization in control of levels most of the time (Except level 382 of which they have near-total control), they simply create manned outposts to guide wanderers either out of the Backrooms or to a place that they could start a new life. As such, they don't control many levels with valuable resources, but they do control around 60,000 square miles of the Backrooms with their patrols.
