Sadly, none, because we don't even know if they are actually habitable or not, although they could be within the zone for life and other things, still, we still don't know t lies within its surface of these planets.
For example mars, when mars was first discovered, astronomers thought that the dark spots on mars was water and the red being all desert. Until we got an actual image of mars and turns out mars didn't have water on it's surface, and the deal spots were just scars from mars billions of years ago.
For in this scenario, these planets are a couple or many light years away from our home planet, so it'll take thousands of years to get to, even if you had a light speed engine.
But eay, this is just a real life scenario part here, rather than the poll factor of where would you go after earth was destroyed. So yeah, goodbye.
