Facts I found of the exoplanet
As of March 2020, only one potentially habitable exoplanet has been found orbiting a F-type star: Kepler-1632 b. M-type stars also considered possible hosts of habitable exoplanets, even those with flares such as Proxima b. Kepler-1632 b is a Neptune-like exoplanet that orbits an F-type star. Its mass is 6.66 Earths, it takes 448.3 days to complete one orbit of its star, and is 0.6762 AU from its star. Its discovery was announced in 2016.
