But Crimson raised better topics rather than just voting no and being uninvolved with it. The main problem is that most people make Deadzone levels that would fit in Class 5 rather than Deadzone itself, and that's a problem that we need to solve.
Good thing I didn't make Level A Class Deadzone.
Yeah, but the wiki has many bad pages anyway. Deadzone or not, there are so many badly written levels here. We need to do something with our writing guidelines.
Here's a suggestion: If we want to keep Class Deadzone then add it to the survival guideline. That way, we can actually point out how to do it right, and also to legally dunk any bad deadzones for not fulfilling the standard. Pages that claim to be deadzone but actually SD5 should be given two option: turn it to SD5 or ask them to fulfill the criteria of a deadzone.
I was typing something just like what you said but worded worse lmao
I was gonna say that removing deadzone is just going to make the super-hell bullshit you lose levels the same except for a single image being different, while making the good dead zone levels make less sense
@CrimsonFenrir7 Funny you say that- it was literally in the Survival Difficulty Guide three hours ago; I just removed it recently to discourage the creation of low-effort entity-crammed Deadzone levels.
Hmm... 🤔
I still prefer having a guideline, but okay maybe we can keep it off the guideline for now. Let's see if this will reduce the amount of badly written pages or not.
Just take Level -177 as an example of how to do a Deadzone level correctly
Personally, I think that while it works as a Class, I think that the amount of Classes are not being held in check or kept documented. I think that classes need to be documented and (in my opinion) checked before hand to see if they are validated enough to be added because otherwise I just see a lot of classes that are redundant and not necessary.
I said this on another poll but you guys should seriously start using strawpoll since it prevents people from alting, im not saying anyone is doing that but the democracy of the fandom could easily be ruined by one person with a lot of accounts
