Although many users see coolcolapple as the 10 year old who basically tried to vandalize other fandom wikis, then got banned, & then came back but with over 30 alt accounts throughout September and October, I see him as kinda influential.
The reason why influential is that we learned more about his actions, so we then teamed up with the moderators to try and get rid of him, but as we got rid of him, he came back, but with some slight differences which made us learn about his tactics and other things, till we finally got rid of him... For now.
I don't support coolcolapple's actions, but I know he had potential, but the potential just came out as to become a vandalizer which everyone will remember & learn from.
So the answer is that he's influential in a bad way really, but I know he's infamous and a bad user anyways.
Not every bad user can be bad, they could also be good, or even be influential for us to learn from, and coolcolapple is just one of those users who we've learned from because his actions. And we could deal with things like him way easier but also faster than before.
