Fandom takes the least skill to write a base quality controlled level in but a bit higher than the wikidot to write a good level, wikidot has a bit better base quality standards than the fandom but it still takes virtually no skill to write for it, and liminal archives is just quality.
Agreed
True
Liminal Archives.
I've already seen pages on Wikidot that I'd delete if they were on Fandom, but every single page on the Liminal Archives wiki is exceptional.
The Levels are pushed up by one (I.E. Level 0 here and the Wikidot are level 1 there)
Meaning you have to change your knowledge and push everything up one
Wikidot. Personally, I think LA is flashy and there's not much genuine writing quality. (I haven't read much on LA, this is just my first impression.) Fandom, although it has great pages, is much more lenient; leaving Wikidot as my final choice.
When I applied for the liminal archive I got decline cause of minor grammar issue but I successfully applied to the wikidot
La has most quality beside Kane pixels .However the la lack certain scaryness
I feel like both Fandom and Liminal Archives have good writing quality, but they have different styles.
Liminal Archives has good writing quality on it's own, but it's a lot more grounded and is able to lean far into the clinical feeling through the knowledge and factchecking of it's writers
You really need to have the "familiarity" in your pages if you want to be a member for the LA. To add insult to injury, you need pretty big words in your pages + everything has to be explained thoroughly to give the reader a good understanding of why that level/entity is like the way it is. The Wikidot does have some quality pages yes, but a good majority of the pages are edgy and shit, as well as the fact that they can destroy your work in a matter of seconds if the people on the platform doesn't think its "good enough", even if whatever you written was detailed for 99% of the article. Fandom is where creativity is shown the most. It is also really easy to be a writer for the fandom, since the only major requirement is the age of your account, which needs to be 4 days or older. That is my explanation of why LA is the hardest wiki to not only get started on, but also become a writer for the wiki.
