Solid pain, not to be confused with liquid pain, is a material with the consistency of foam boards. Unlike liquid pain, solid pain's effects are experienced when handling the material. Consuming it has no greater effect.
Its only safe to handle with non-plastic based gloves (most cloths and some leather are fine) do not ever rub two pieces of solid pain together, or rub solid pain against another object/structure.
The pain produced is very similar to the nails-on-a-chalkboard type of pain.
Sufferers of solid pain report a feeling of cringing all over the body.
All pains caused are mental and a headache is know to persist afterwards. tyrantall or anvils taken with almond water can help alleviate the effects.
