(this one is the last story of what happened to Marx in level 8)
(9 weeks after the accident)
It has been 2 months and 1 week, It has been 2 months and 1 week, it has been 2 months 1 week. Marx keeps telling this to himself, he is being tortured by this level, and he can't escape, he keeps on saying this to himself, and everytime he says it, his skin get every so slightly redder, and his mouth starts to evolve into a ghastly smile, he would lay there, yelling incoherently and sobbing, before returning to saying the same thing over and over, he would laugh hysterically, then it would start all over again. The last of his sane self looked back into the past and saw where everything went wrong, where he tripped on the curb and ended in the backrooms 17 years ago, now he's here losing his mind and everything in this level, he looked again to all those 17 years, saw him self scared and confused, and as those hours passed by, he saw himself fast forward, he saw his younger self grow older and more and more accustomed to the backrooms, his younger self looked brave and courageous, yet deep inside the scared and confused stayed with him, it never went away, and now that he was losing his sanity, just like those 17 years ago, he felt that same feeling, after two months of pure torture, just like those same two months of torture that he experienced when he got into the backrooms, he started to feel okay again, he was being accustomed to the harness of level 8, but he didn't believe in that, he was going insane, and his insanity was what was making him feel okay. As Marx was laying there he felt the ground heave away, this spooked Marx, and he was placed onto another solid surface, this time everything was bright, he shut his eyes as a autonomic response to all the light hitting his eyes, when he finally opened his eyes he saw towering buildings, raising into the sky, and a clear blue sky filled his view, he felt him regaining his sanity, he thought he was in the real world, that he escaped the endless backrooms, but when he got up, he almost collapsed, he was extremely weak and could barely stand, but when he looked up he knew he was placed in level 11 and not the real world. Then he thought to himself, "How am I here?", Has the backrooms spit him out of level 8, but how?, Does the backrooms it's self have sentience?, Did it feel sympathy?, The thought loomed in his mind, he looked up into the blue sky and uttered one world
"Why?"
