Yes, I'm here to apologize, but it's not just me.
Hello, Starnest here. It hasn't been that long since I became a content mod, and I already have something to apologize for.
Sorry to some people whose crits keep being delayed by me. I have no excuse, and you have every right to grill me at a campfire.
Now onto the main reason for this post. I'm here to talk about Crimson's recent post, apologizing to everyone.
Reading the comments, I feel like most people have misunderstood the moral of the post. Of course, Crimson may be apologizing for their shortcomings, but they are also addressing a much bigger problem at hand here.
We need to apologize.
I know that everyone reading this has something to apologize for, even if it's here, or irl. A lot of the comments on Crimson's post were saying, "You have nothing to apologize for!" Though this may be right, the people who wrote only this have missed the fact that Crimson has apologized, but also stated the fact that there are plenty of others who need to do so too.
It's painfully obvious that the community has done wrong stuff to the mods, and it's also obvious that the mods have done bad stuff to the community too.
I'm not saying that everyone needs to apologize to everything they have done here, but even apologizing for a little of what you done will help, and I encourage everyone, (and I mean everyone) to make a post right now, and apologize to everyone about one thing they have done wrong. It doesn't have to be major, it doesn't have to be reasonable, it just has to be an apology that is true to your heart.
The Fandom has had many dramas and crisis's that I wasn't a part of, but for what I know, an apology may have stopped most of them from happening. So please, make an apology post.
I hope that the Fandom remains peaceful, and that is why I made this post. I hope you do the same.
