Good day, or afternoon? Time zone is weird, and even more strange to think that the holy month of Ramadan is here. As an Indonesian, I could certainly tell that my sleeping schedule is wrecked, because I need to adapt to the fasting month. So if you guys wondered why I'm getting less active recently, well, this is one of them.
Anyway, Crim brought another big update to the Crimsonverse! The update begin from ALPHAOMEGA by adding Hallowed Gate, that is one of the most impressive new level that I just discovered lately! The unique concept, the intriguing mystery, the beautiful illustrations, the astounding details, and everything else just begs me to praise and immortalize this level. You might remember my review to your level recently on our discord, and I really thought that this level could be a new featured page for the Crimsonverse, and so I did! Right now, I only mentioned the Hallowed Gate as one of the candidate to the proof behind ALPHAOMEGA by mentioning it on my page, but still. it's worth noting that I might discuss more with @SomeGuyCasual to deepen the lore.
Next on the line, @Gnurla asked my help with the Eternal Swamp, so I consider it as another collab for me to do. As for right now, what I can tell is that this will be another level under the control of the Gardener, who might be responsible with all the anomalies in the place. But because the page is still WIP right now, then there's not much to read yet.
Also, this one isn't really a collab, but I did a little update with the Storyteller by officially include The Mail Carrier into the page, who have always been theorized to be his butler. Of course, this already been discussed with @Starnest before, as the theory is already on the TMC's page since long ago. Here, this is what the Storyteller said on the new update:
"Ahh, the Documenter, or so I called the Deliveryman. An intriguing soul, curious to the end, and always struggling silently against what he cannot ever reach. Did you seek an escape from damnation, to save the innocent, or you're a puppet on the string with no desire to speak of?"Yeah, that's lowkey lore drop right there.
An even bigger update coming for the Crimson Wanderer as the guy got two new connections! First is the Phoeni by @Betafoxgamer5 as entities that he adored, then the Malveillant by @MoonlightSerenity as entities with some more... Complex relation.
Here, this is how both described on his page:
The Phoeni: The Crimson Wanderer adore their beauty and viewed them as aspects of nature, as they might be elemental beings or even spiritual entities. Due to this, he consider them as something sacred. According to him, they might be connected with the Gardener, though not even him knows whether they're truly connected or not.
Malveillant: Due to the complexity of the entities, then it's difficult to summarize their relations. The Crimson Wanderer is not hostile to them, but has strong opinion on them. He viewed them as "friendly goblins" that are seemingly nice, but are actually dangerous, deadly, even downright malevolent. Due to this, he's exceptionally cautious on them. In general, he use the same treatment as he did to Facelings: He is not hostile to them, but if they misbehave, then he will punish them.
Might update the list later, but for now, this will do.
Last but not least, that I have a new level for everyone to read! Just a week ago, I did a voting poll (click here to see) with four options to chose. Among them, the ship is winning, with voters including @SoulWithSorrowLaiden @Thatguy5043 @Infinite Explorer @Starnest @Gnurla @E6621275 @Apple9man @MoonlightSerenity @NormalDudeWithaNormalLife AND MANY MORE!!
This is probably my most unique level so far, because it's BOTH a level and an entity, depending on how you see it. Right now, it is a level, but I also use the "entities" tag just to be safe. You guys will get it when you check the page. Be prepared though, because the page might be pretty messy, because it's still hot from the oven.
So far, this is my most emotional page that I've ever made here. The page has two poems, positioned exactly on the beginning and the end of the page. The beginning act as a prologue, to show what happened before it all begins. Then, the ending act as the epilogue, to show what happened afterward.
Anyway, here's the page and the best illustration of the page!
