@TheObbyxx A haiku is a Japanese poem style, which is made of 3 lines, the first is 5 syllables, followed by 7, then by 5 again. So a syllable would be ummmm, like a part of a word.
Sun, door, cash, dog - These are examples of words with only 1 syllable
Power, Money, Evil, Candy - These are words with 3 syllables, because they are divided into 2 sounds when you pronounce them (Mon-ey, Can-dy, etc)
So to write a haiku, you have to use words that fight into the total amount of syllables per line. Heres and example:
I wrote a haiku
1 2 3 4-5
So that I could educate
1 2 3 4 5-6-7
Those who do not know
1 2 3 4 5
