Do they have like, medical instruments on them at all times?

Because I’m not dead, I haven’t seen the full process of a skin-stealer skinning someone. I have acquired extensive transcripts of eyewitness testimony on them, and have come to the conclusion that they try to pull their victims apart until their skin begins to tear. At that point, according to witnesses, they remove the skin with their fingernails. Most autopsies suggest surgical precision, but their fingernails are recorded to hardly be surgical instruments. However, a few autopsies of skin-stealer victims are less neat, suggesting that the precision is something that they aren’t created with, but pick up quickly.

Hm, let me check to page to see if it's been greifed.
@Cornology They can't squeeze themselves into the mouth or ears, remember, it's too small, LARGER orifices are easier to get in though, or just creating an incision
Well, they can, but it's a lot more difficult, repairing torn skin takes a lot of energy, you know.
Isn't the mouth larger though?
Why is this conversation becoming so in depth.
Because why not
@Cornology Try eating a basketball, then.
What if they tear you open from the belly button-
