Well I tried and yes i know it looks like a crackhead drawing but its just my drawing skill

Ok for extra context, they aren't actually shadow beings. Their general body shape is visible and understandable, but their body features, save for a smiley face, are all unable to be comprehended. The most one can compare it to is complete darkness.
I tried to make it original but didn’t really have any ideas so this is the result
Also if the eyes and mouth are open it looks a bit like this
