You seem to have arrived. You do not know when, however it must have been less than a year. It should have been less than a year. Are you dead? You are unsure.
Sheets of rain hit you as you walk through through the roads. It occurs to you that there are no clouds in this void, but the rain simply falls through the clear infinity without a care as to what's possible. Looking down, you see the mirror of the city extending downwards. People walk past, distancing themselves from each other. The shadows lengthen around them, until you can't see into the blue anymore. You come to an intersection, and take a left. No vehicles tread these roads, however there are still highways. As you walk, you come to the harbor and the empty blue becomes visible once again. The concept of the ships confuses you as you watch them go by. They don't seem to go anywhere, simply into the emptiness and back. You watch this exercise in pointlessness for some time, before you finally realize that you should write a message back to HQ. You pull out your laptop and begin writing.

I have arrived at the destination. This place seems to be a city, populated by humans. It's in a void, but not the kind that I entered from. Everything is blue, and it seems impossibly clear. I cannot see anything in the void. The people here seem withdrawn, scared of each other or maybe something else. It vaguely reminds me of Level 11, from what I can still remember of it, except the buildings are more broken down. It seems that the city is mirrored on itself, but the mirrored version is impossible to enter.
The message has been sent. You hope that you still exist to send it. The people go by, with their knives and mouths, their flesh melting and reforming constantly. Is this normal? You can't remember. A friendly puddle of flesh walking by says "Hello" to you with it's nonexistent mouth. Something feels wrong but you can't exactly place it. In the distance you see a lighthouse. You think that it is strange that a lighthouse is there, of all places, but as you walk closer you feel that it is normal. A massive conflagration is there, somehow not spreading or going out despite a lack of fuel or oxygen. Speaking of oxygen, you don't remember it's purpose. That is worrying, as you do faintly remember that it was supposed to be important to human life. The people around you change forms and duplicate themselves, until every street is filled with a massive crowd. This is how it has always been. You watch the flame of the lighthouse against the blue void, as the people phase through you. Suddenly, you remember. How many years has it been? You think to yourself "Two years have passed, you must write back to HQ " " Regardless of your thoughts, you must now write back as it is your only purpose, and purpose is equivalent to existence. You must not forget.

This city has a harbor, despite the lack of water. I'm noticing the buildings getting nicer as I travel a little bit closer to the center, but I have a bit of an issue. I can feel my memory and thoughts being changed the longer I stay here, I would like to request that we switch to the backup team or that I at least take a break outside of here. I feel like I'm going insane.
Aellago Exploration Journal, ENTRY 2 <re>:
Negative on the request to switch to the backup team, we need more information on the area first and simply sending in more people won't help. Remember the sanity retaining strategies.
You feel relief wash over you as you get the reply, at least HQ still exists. However, You don't know where you are. The people are stars and galaxies, filling up the void, and the buildings strike you as off, twisted in some way. You remember all buildings being this way, but you can't figure out why - it seemed much less architecturally sound than any other way of constructing buildings. Maybe, your thoughts are not correct. Either way, you should simply continue reporting what you can see.
