Entity 297, Always Screaming

Description:
Entity 297, more commonly known as 'Always Screaming', or the All-Screamers, are humanoid entities that have parts of their skeletal structure exposed. The entity suffers through constant pain, however, the entity will hold in their scream unless it sees anything that is alive. The bones that are exposed don't show any arteries. veins, or any other tissue that would normally be seen under human skin. Observations of this entity suggest that it used to be human at some point while going through the Wretch Cycle, however, the brain was undergoing a transformation process, going into the targets lower jaw. This cycle has been deemed the "Cycle of Screams". It is very rare for people to undergo the Cycle of Screams, as certain conditions have to apply in order for the transformation process begins.
The Cycle of Screams
Stage 1:
During stage one, a human will become insane. Symptoms of insanity can include schizophrenia, psychosis, or any known mental disorder. The major difference is that Liquid Pain will be able to cure the symptoms.
Stage 2:
Certain parts of the body will begin to melt. The skin will always melt at the crotch.
Stage 3:
The target will no longer have the ability to talk. All oxygen from their lungs will seemingly disappear without a trace.
Stage 4:
The target will lose their ability to smell and taste food, metal, and other objects that give off a scent.
Stage 5:
The skin will start becoming blue, dry, and pale. By this point nothing can cure them.
Stage 6:
The target will be able to talk again, but only in the form of screams. Avoid them at all costs.
Biology:
The entity has pale blue skin, which is dry, and somewhat melted. Only specific organs will appear depending on what parts of the skin melted away. The bone of the entity has a 10% chance of looking fractured, however, nobody can confirm as getting close to the entity means certain death. The entities vocal cords are said to be tangled up in a pattern similar to that of DNA, which allows it to scream. The entity tends to walk at a pace of 15kph. The nervous structure of the entity is considered broken. The entity can scream about to 10001 decimals, about enough to cause living organic matter to explode. Whenever this entity finds something alive, it will scream until the target is dead, whenever the organism has a human like structure or not.
It has been issued by the M.E.G, as well as various other groups, to stay away from this entity. There is no way to tell if it is near or not, since any footsteps made by the creature will be silent. There isn't any method of killing the entity either, as even something like a gunshot will anger the entity. The only theoretical option of killing the entity is via electrical charges, however, it costs resources. The only logical explanation of how to kill this entity is by an ambush, but even then, the entity can destroy anything with it's scream, such as glass, and possibly even other material that is hard to destroy.
Discovery:
You may be asking, how was this thing discovered? It was discovered on Level 1, screaming at the top of it's lungs. The entity has been documented in a book by an unknown group, mainly described in a poem, or somewhat similar to it. It has shattered about 67,387 bases that were built by the M.E.G. They are unable to kill this thing. You see this thing, you better run immediately. Nobody is able to do anything if it ever sees you.

Even if the trail was done, you suffer from the encounter. It seems to slumber when it is alone. However, screams when it senses lifeforms. To this day, it screams pierces your ears. Even when you cover them, your drums will still burst. No matter what, you are probably dead, so make sure you take your end. |

As you can see, it describes that the entity can pierce through anything that blocks noise. The entity was described as loud and aggressive. The entity is almost unavoidable if ever encountered The poem states how encountering this entity results into certain death. The entity has no mercy for whoever it sees. We know of this entities existence, but we don't know how to put it to a stop if there is any.
