This Guide will show you the most commonly used Categories for pages in the Backrooms Wiki and their purposes. Categories are a useful way to quickly access pages with similar qualities and can be added to a page by clicking add category on the bottom of a page or by entering into the page's source editor and inputting [[Category:______]] (The underlined region should be replaced with the category name).
Level Categories

| Cluster I ♦ | Levels 0-999 |
| Cluster II ♦ | Levels 1000-1999 |

| Dangerous Levels ♦ | This is a level with a Survival Difficulty listed as 3 or above that pose a significant risk to wanderers |
| Safe/Habitable Levels ♦ | This level is relatively safe with a Survival Difficulty listed as below 2 |
| Environmental Hazards ♦ | While these levels may not possess dangerous entities, the level itself is a danger to a wanderer's safety |
| Mythic Levels ♦ | This level is "unconfirmed" or standalone and is not correlated to any other level/page |
| Confirmed Levels ♦ | This level and details pertaining to it can be found on multiple detailed pages |
