Levels that have a survival difficulty rate of 5 are considered the most dangerous levels in the backrooms because of many reasons weather it be high entity count, environmental hazards, or dangerous effects. Entering a level that has a survival difficulty rate of 5 usually results in the death of the person so enter at your own risk, and if you are put in a level that has a survival difficulty rate of 5 without control, be ready for possibly your last moments in the backrooms.
