This page was created to document the adventures and experiences of the late Daniel Dumile, one of the avid explorers of the Backrooms. Thanks to him, we have proper documentation of now known levels, such as Level 188 and Level 289. We will remember his memories forever. Backroom Colonists

The following archives may be distorted from the present reality documented, as more archives have been received since his passing. Reading the levels previously mentioned may help to understand how Daniel contributed to the Backrooms community.

Log 1 (Days 1 & 2)

In case someone find this, it's Daniel.I think my time in the world has finally came to an end. I no-clipped into the Backrooms. I gotta say that it's way worse being here physically than reading the stories online. Well, at least I don't need to worry about internet anymore, I can't find a place with data and I just got a low-battery alarm. That means no flashlight either.

What an unfortunate event. The test was tomorrow, I was just studying, then bam! Backrooms. If I return in time, at least I'll be able to do the makeup test. If everything goest wrong, well, some more years in school won't be that bad. Damn, that carpet smell is horrible. I wonder if anyone even cleans here, and I'm pretty sure I've seen that wallpaper before. Anyways, at least I'm safe for now.

Wow, just saw that I haven't made a proper introduction.

My name is Daniel Dumile, I'm 17 years old and I live in Birmingham. Well, at least I lived before I no-clipped. I'd be considered a good student, just adopted a cat and I have some money that I got by doing some favors for my neighbours. I barely had any contact with the Backrooms before today,

Log 2 (Days 3-5)

All these buzzing lights are making me sick. I feel like I'm in a never-ending dream. This moist carpet feels like I'm stepping on rotten soup, absolutely horrible. Currently, I've found an abandoned tent and I'm living around here for now, but I don't know for how much time I'm going to have shelter. I'm afraid that as soon as I leave here to find food, the rooms are going to change. It wouldn't be the first time that it happened.

My cellphone's battery died a long time ago, and my stock of food is also small; even if I don't need to eat food, my body feels very uncomfortable without it. Luckily, I found 2 gallons full of almond water, so I probably won't need to find it for the next few days.

I really hope that I find a colony in the next days. If I stop updating, it's for obvious reasons.
