Lifeform ER-E1, or Experiment Result - Entity 1 is a lifeform created by GEO in experiment 207-A.
Locations
Nowhere, yet. Besides the lab where it was created.
Description
ER-E1 is a blood-colored blob roughly 1 meter squared. If you squinted hard enough at it, then you might be able to vaguely make out a humanoid shape. It wasn't alive long enough in the test chamber to take any photos of it. The test went something like this:
A test run by GEO began trying to see what would happen if we injected almond water into our bloodstream. After exactly 2hrs 3min, ER-E1 formed from the dividing cells of the dead test subject. The room was purged using toxic gas after 5 minutes of gazing at it.
Biology
Upon microscope inspection, ER-E1 wasn't a single entity at all, but trillions of smaller group of cells attracted to each other. Each cell worked on its own, like a much more complex, living cancer tumor. This leads experts to believe that either this thing moves around by complete randomness, or the cells have some sort of advanced communication.
Behavior
ER-E1 is carnivorous and digests its victims by clinging to them and eating them cell by cell. This consumption process is likely very painful and slow, and once engulfed, the victim will not be able to escape due to ER-E1 attaching to them and devouring them inside out. This leads to the terrible hypothesis that an instance of ER-E1 could get inside of its host and devour it from the inside, using its skin as an excess shield. Due to it having no brain, it is highly unlikely that it could think of this, but it is not impossible for it to inadvertently do this.
Do's and Don'ts
If ER-E1 escapes, first alert your local GEO outpost
Do
- Stay as far away as you can.
- Run as fast as you can, as it is likely to be slow.
- If it touches you, run as fast as you can or even no-clip. Do everything to try and get it off.
- If you being devoured is inevitable, scream as loud as you can in order to make sure no one else comes near you.
Don't
- Let it touch you
- Try to pet it
- Interrupt a GEO experiment, as this may cause it to escape.
