Description
Mirrors are dangerous entities resembling ornate mirrors. They may seem harmless at first, but when a wanderer is near one for too long, hazardous mental effects will befall the wanderer. This includes the Mirror causing hallucinations both auditory and visual, usually being terrifying or upsetting in nature.
Hallucinations caused by a Mirror are apparently more than just hallucinations, as any pictures and videos taken by hallucinating wanderers show the hallucinations that said wanderers were experiencing. However, these hallucinations are not visible to others nor do they have substance or tangibility, meaning that cameras being able to record the hallucinations are likely merely an anomalous side effect of a Mirror causing them.
Additionally, it is believed that Mirrors are capable of reading one's mind. One of the reasons for this is because wanderers are often tormented with hallucinations of friends or family causing or being subjected to pain. Another reason is that one's surroundings may appear to drastically alter — sometimes into another location entirely — when one is thinking about escaping. This makes it extremely difficult to escape from a Mirror.
Prolonged exposure to a Mirror will likely lead to a loss of sanity and distancing from reality. Most individuals who have been exposed to a Mirror for a period of 24 hours or less have ended up dead, usually from accidental suicide.
Behaviours
Mirrors are believed to be malevolent and sadistic in nature due to the types of hallucinations that they inflict on wanderers. When a Mirror begins to cause one to hallucinate, the hallucinations start off subtle, such as objects appearing in different locations or whispers coming from the other side of walls. This suggests that Mirrors like to make their victims doubt themselves before moving on to more obvious hallucinations.
After a few hours, the hallucinations will become more obvious and increasingly more violent and disturbing. These hallucinations usually consist of terrifying monsters chasing the victim, people dying, disturbing alterations to oneself, or one suddenly being in an entirely different location, as well as hallucinations that deceive one into committing self-harm in some way. Eventually, within a day of one first encountering a Mirror, the Mirror will normally attempt to trick one into unintentionally committing suicide.
Occasionally, the Mirror will toy with its victim(s) long enough to cause them to fully undergo Phenomenon 35, though it is not known whether the entity does this intentionally or not. The victim's transformation usually leads to the resulting Wretch immediately destroying the Mirror, as Wretches seem to be, curiously, immune to the hallucinatory effects of Mirrors.
If a Mirror is physically threatened, it will attempt to induce the attacker into leaving it alone via hallucinations. Subsequent hallucinations experienced by the attacker will increase in frequency and violence.
Biology
Aside from their appearance, not much is known about the biology of Mirrors, or how they are even alive. However, they have been proven to be alive and sentient, as well as demonstrating a large amount of intelligence assumed to be equal to that of a human. Their hallucination-causing abilities can only be used for a certain amount of time, though it is unknown how long it can maintain a hallucination. However, it is known that the larger the scale of the hallucination (for example, altering perceptions of rooms as opposed to objects), the more energy it uses. Additionally, the range of a Mirror's influence extends to a maximum of approximately 30 meters.
It is believed that looking at a Mirror, specifically at the glass, will increase the amount of hallucinations inflicted on the observer — this includes indirectly looking at a Mirror through a reflection, camera, etc. It is unknown if this is because Mirrors are actually able to cause more hallucinations to anyone who looks at them or if they choose to cause increased hallucinations to observers for some other unknown reason.
Mirrors can be killed by breaking them, with smashing the glass usually being the easiest option. However, it is recommended to leave the area instead, as they are more likely to cause hallucinations if they are in danger and, as mentioned earlier, will subsequently induce more frequent and violent hallucinations on the attacker.
Discovery
The first officially recorded Mirror encounter took place in a house within Level 39, though the first person believed to have possibly ever encountered the entity was found dead in that same house near the Mirror by the wanderer who officially discovered it.
While the official discoverer is not believed to have seen the Mirror itself, the hallucinations they experienced and the fact that their corpse was found near the Mirror would indicate that they were, in fact, a victim of the entity.
Below is an audio transcript detailing the encounter.

Location: Level 39, an unspecified house
Individuals: 1 unknown adult male individual
<Commence Log>
[Unknown]: Is this thing on?
<Pause.>
[Unknown]: Okay. I've found a body of another wanderer in a house in Level 39. They look like they stabbed themselves in the neck with a knife. Also, I've been seeing... strange stuff ever since I made my way into this house, but I've been too scared to leave because, frankly, the size of the level's megastructure is, to say the least, intimidating. I-I don't know what to do now, so I figured I should at least record what's happening, even if the camera on my phone isn't working.
<A distant 'thump' is heard somewhere nearby, presumably from somewhere else in the house.>
[Unknown]: Wh-what was that?
<Pause. Loud and rapid breathing can be heard, presumably [Unknown].>
[Unknown]: I'm pretty sure that was just another hallucination, but I'm-
<A louder thump is heard, this time much closer; [Unknown] yells out in surprise.>
[Unknown]: What-
<Multiple successive loud thumps are heard, followed by a strange tearing sound and then a deep and guttural roar. [Unknown] screams in terror and can be heard running away from the noise as running footsteps of a larger being are heard behind him. [Unknown] screams as there is a scuffling sound followed by a loud thump, supposedly [Unknown] having tripped over and fallen.>
[Unknown]: No, NO, NOOOOOO!
<More growling and roaring noises are heard, along with [Unknown] screaming.>
[Unknown]: NO, PLEASE, HELP, N-
<Brief pause; the apparition is presumed to have disappeared.>
[Unknown]: W-what? I-I-I'm okay? How-
[Unknown 2]: (Adult female voice from somewhere nearby, unintelligible)
[Unknown]: (Shakily) Kelly? How did you get here?
[Unknown 2]: (Still unintelligible)
[Unknown]: Huh? Why would you say that?
[Unknown 2]: (Voice now somewhat more inhuman and monstrous, still unintelligible)
<The phone currently being used to record the encounter is heard being dropped to the ground.>
[Unknown]: No - what's happening to you!? But — surely you don't mean that.
[Unknown 2]: (Voice even more monstrous, still unintelligible)
<A rush of air is heard from [Unknown 2]'s direction, followed by a monstrous roar in close vicinity. [Unknown] screams and is heard stumbling and falling to the floor.>
[Unknown]: Kelly - stop!
<[Unknown]'s frantic struggles cease, presumably due to the apparition of [Unknown 2] teleporting away.>
[Unknown 2]: (Now farther away again, unintelligible)
[Unknown]: I...
[Unknown 2]: (Still unintelligible)
<Pause, with [Unknown] sobbing.>
[Unknown]: Can't y-you do it yourself?
[Unknown 2]: (Unintelligible, with a smile in her voice)
<Brief pause, [Unknown] is heard walking slowly away from the recorder and bending down to pick something up.>
[Unknown 2]: (In a monstrous voice, still unintelligible)
<The sound of flesh being pierced is heard from [Unknown]'s direction, followed by him making gurgling sounds. Moments after, he falls to the floor and brief spasmodic twitches can be heard before he finally goes still.>

How to Survive
If one sees an ornate mirror, especially indoors, one should try to leave the area immediately in case it is an instance of Entity 86. If this is not possible, one should try to smash the glass.
In addition, drinking Almond Water will greatly lessen the hallucinatory effects of Mirrors, and although it will not make them go away entirely, one should still easily be able to escape or destroy the Mirror if one has drank enough Almond Water.
But what lies behind a Mirror?

Description
Colloquially referred to as the Mirror Being, Entity 86-A is a singular yet dangerous entity that seems to live in a mysterious realm only accessible via the entity's parent entity: Entity 86, also known as the Mirrors. Little is known about the Mirror Being, with the only reports being from five wanderers who have all encountered the entity and survived.
Behavior
The Mirror Being rarely shows itself to wanderers, and survivors have reported that, heralding its arrival, the Mirror will display a vast dimension of fractured glass, wherein the Mirror Being will appear within view in the dimension and slowly walk toward the viewer. Since every survivor that has seen the Mirror Being and survived the encounter had managed to escape before the entity could reach the Mirror, it is unknown what happens in situations where the victim does not escape in time. However, corpses that each appear to have been "shredded apart" and have been found near a Mirror are believed to belong to victims of the Mirror Being.
Biology
Survivors' accounts have detailed that the Mirror Being appears to be roughly humanoid in shape and apparently entirely made out of medium-sized shards of glass. Said survivors have further elaborated that looking at the entity made them "feel every bad thing that they had ever done or ever had happened" to them, "all at once".
Author's Note (Spoiler): I'm aware that negative entities aren't supposed to be on the wiki, but the title under the second collapsible was only intended to be the sub-entity within the Mirror proclaiming itself as one, not something official.
