Log 1A - The Thieves

It was a normal day in Level -150. The Glowfolk were providing entertainment and items to the wanderers, and everyone was dancing to the music on the dance floor. Everything seemed fine until an alarm went off, indicating that their vault was once again robbed. A masked wanderer with a bag of items was running across Level -150, with Redston and the other Red Glowfolk chasing them down.

"Stop right there!" Redston screamed, as the Wanderer bolted out the door to Level 11. However, it was too late. The Wanderer had already gotten away. "God damn it!" Redston yelled, punching the wall. "That's the fifth time time something like this has happened this week!" At this point, Redston was screaming too loud and had broken his voice box. As he went inside to get a new one, he was greeted by a bunch of Turmeric Glowfolk. "What do you want?" Redston asked. The Turmeric Glowfolk didn't have a voice box and used sign language to talk. "We think we might've found a way to keep out the thieves."

"Like I'll believe that. I've tried everything, nothing worked." Redston said, but as he was about to walk away, one of the Glowfolk stopped him. "It's gonna work this time, trust me!" Redston grunted. "Fine, show me the solution. I'm telling you, it won't work." The Turmeric Glowfolk led him to a doorway. They were in a completely dark room, no lights at all. "It's an empty room. Why are you wasting my time with this?" However, as Redston turned to leave, the floor lit up as he stepped forward. The dark and empty room revealed to be a hallway with neon lights, with music playing in the background. "Good luck!" One of the Turmeric Glowfolk said as they closed the door behind him.

"Hey! Where are you going?!" Right as Redston said this, the beat dropped, causing a horde of entities to spawn behind him as they started chasing after him. Redston ran away, collecting Neon Water to support his stamina. After a while, Redston finally made it to the end of the hallway, only to realize there was nothing there. He braced himself for his inevitable death only for the entities to be disintegrated by red laser beams that shot at them as they came 1 inch from Redston's head. Redston saw the exit door appear, and slammed the door behind him after going back into Level 150.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS?!" Redston screamed. Brightstar calmed down Redston and said "Don't worry, Redston! We know this is gonna work! It's finished!" Redston let out a long, deep sigh before turning to Brightstar and saying "Yeah, but why couldn't have we tested it on someone else? I could've died!" Redston yelled. "Because you were the most likely person to get through that hell." Brightstar told him. "Whatever, let's just set the trap and get back to our hotel. I need a nap." Redston set up a bunch of triggers that would send a wanderer to the newly discovered level, named Level -150.!, and went back.

That night, the wanderer came again. Level -150 was inactive, most of the Glowfolk asleep. The Wanderer approached the vault and began to reach for one of the non-addicting Royal Rations, when they found themselves in a dark room. Confused, they stepped backwards only for the Hallway to light up and start playing music. The Wanderer was scared and confused, and as the beat dropped, the entities swarmed the wanderer before they had a chance to run away. From this day on, the Wanderers that hear this story have since complied with the rules of the Glowfolk's native levels. - AgentAnonymous

Log 2A - A place to call Home

Redston looked up at the ceiling of his room. He thought to himself. "I did it. We did it. We made a safe place for wanderers to go to.. but why do I still feel like something's missing?" Redston tossed a ball up and down in his hands, when he heard a knock on the door. He opened it and found the same group of Turmeric Glowfolk (See Log 1A) from before. "What do you want? Non-addicting Royal Rations?" Redston asked. "Well, that would be nice, but we came here to tell you about something new we're working on," the Turmeric Glowfolk responded. "Cmon, lets go." Redston then took the Turmeric Glowfolk down to the Restaurant of Level -150.1 for the Royal Rations.

"What did you wanna tell me about?" Redston said, consuming his Royal Ration in an unknown manner. "We've been thinking about building a city with our supplies" the Tumeric Glowfolk responded. "A city? Why do we need that?" Redston asked, as he finished the last of his Royal Rations and started taking sips of his Neon Water. "Well, this place just hasn't really felt like home, and the city below this level is just a placeholder. Maybe we could make it into an actual thing? You agree, right Redston?"

"Of course not! I've always felt like this place.." Redston paused, as he looked around the level. "..has been getting quite a bit boring.." he said, finishing his Neon Water. "Alright, alright. You can build it. Just don't open it until I review and establish the laws" Redston said. The Turmeric Glowfolk hurried outside and started building, and Redston went back to his room to take a nap.

A month later, the Turmeric Glowfolk was at Redston's door again. "What do you want?" Redston asked. "We're done! It looks great!" the Turmeric Glowfolk told Redston. "I'll be the judge of that. Take me there" Redston said. They headed down the elevator and outside Level -150.1 where Redston was shown the new city, which contained entrances to other levels ranging from Class Habitable to Class 3, and entrances to their native levels and a bunch of restaurants which served Redston's favorite food: A triple cheeseburger with hot sauce.

Redston had decided to open it up to the Glowfolk and the Wanderers and established all the laws. They had created a safe environment with helpful and friendly communities that hand out supplies to wanderers that have struggled for god knows how long in hell, therefore the Level's Survival Difficulty has been decided to be: Class Habitable, and the level's name had been decided: Level -151: The Neon City. - NEUXYC
