==Welcome...==
'''So, you probably know Dr. Charles from [[Level REDACTED]] page.''' Well, recently [[Backroom Colonists]] got a contact with him, here's an updated information about him.

Juiole H. Charles (Dr. Charles for short) is a wanderer of [[Level REDACTED]] from a future timeline due to his knowledge and atypical clothling. He is currently in Sub-level 29, searching for an exit... He is not the one who got the furthrest in the Downrooms, but he is our main source of information about this hellhole. [[Backrooms Exploration and Discovery]] and other colonies of the backrooms send rescue missions, none of them returned to this day. Looks like Dr. Charles is doomed in [[Level REDACTED]] until the end of the backrooms...

[[Backrooms Exploration and Discovery]] suspected that there are no ways of hearing Charles's voice again, but they are very wrong, as [[Almond Water Inc. ™]] have managed to deliver Dr. Charles a version of [[BackOS]] made specially for him. He send us all the files that he wrote, all the journal entries and informations about his explorations of sub-levels ranging from the first one to present. The contact got renewed when Dr. Charles was most presumably in Sub-Level 18. No one wants to suffer the same fate as him...

==Successes==
Altrough the fact that Dr. Charles entered Level REDACTED is not that bad as you may think. We've got a lot of information about [[The Redacted Watcher]] and answers to question that we couldn't find answer to. Altrough his family blames us for using him as a source of information, but we at all costs try to talk peacefully and atleast get some good things out of the unfortunate events. He is still on his way to the [[Soul Lair]], where he will have to face The Watcher, altrough we do not recommend him that. We've got a report of entities spreading rumour about someone called "The Chosen One"... 

==His sufferings==
Charles has a special machine, which keeps his sanity stable. The machine was still in the experimental state and he accidentaly noclipped into [[Level REDACTED]] while testing it. Dr. Charles had a special chip which could make the machine work on you, and he had it while noclipping. Without that chip, machine is useless. Many people try to recreate the chip, but it seems that Charles can be affected by the machine for now..

The discovery of The Downrooms happened in [[Level 666]], where Dr. Charles and his colony tested the range of the Sabity-replinishing machine. He was many times close to death until something worse happened, and you know what I am talking about. But still, why shouldn't repeat it for the 3<sup>rd</sup> time? The worse thing was that he noclipped into [[Level REDACTED]] and now, as I said he is doomed until he eventually die to [[The Redacted Watcher]] or the backrooms will be destroyed.

This is all we know for now, and we wish a big good luck to Dr. Charles...
