Date: ██/██/████
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: What is the point of documenting this l████?
00:00:0 █:██ Interviewer, ████ █. ███████: To prevent further exposure.
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: No one is going to be able to read half it away.
00:00:0 █:██ Interviewer, ████ █. ███████: That is beside the point! ***Interviewer pauses to sign in frustration*** We need you to tell us everything despite the risk and what we will have to omit to protect personnel and survivors of The Backrooms. Do you understand me?
00:00: ██:██ Jasper █. █████: Yeah…! F*ck it! Whatever…
Comments:
Jasper █. █████ perished 3 days after the initial interview with ████ █. ███████. The circumstances surrounding Jasper’s mental deterioration and death cannot be described in detail to prevent the spread of the info and cognito-hazard. Jasper was quarantined until he succumbed as it is unclear what needs to be heard, read, or experienced to trigger the infection. Jasper’s middle initial and surname in association with his first name has been omitted as his name in full is a known hazard.
Interviewer, ████ █. ███████ is showing signs of deterioration and has been detained for closer monitoring. The interviewer’s name in full had to be omitted as their full name is a known hazard.

Description: Warning
-703 is an 'anomaly' consisting of an info and cognitohazard. Entering -703 will result in infection. How infections takes place is unknown. Explorers have debated that this space is the hazard. The less you know about this 'anomaly' the better off you will be. Ironically, this document had to be written for explorers to know to avoid this place and what to do if they make contact with this place. I will do my best to be as informative yet as vague as possible for your protection.
In this document, you will notice in some cases first names, middle initials, surnames, dates, timestamps, counts and parts of words are blacked out in this document. You will also notice phrases in brackets vaguely describing what has been omitted for your protection. Seeing, writing and speaking certain words and phrases from this document will exposure you to the info and cognitohazard. How long does it take for the exposed to succumb varies but once infected there is no cure. There are rumors that there is an entity named Astr█d who can reverse the exposure but this entity cannot be confirmed. Nevertheless, I had to be exposed to the infected to write this document. I might be exposing you to the hazard by writing this document. It was a pleasure writing this and I hope this h█lps.
Notes:
In order for this document to be written, a willing volunteer, S██████ E. B████████, allowed themselves to be exposed to several victims of -703 to transcript this document. The volunteer was instructed to omit any hazardous words or phrases in the finally edit of the document. S██████ E. B████████ perished [time/duration cannot be disclosed] after the publication of this document.
Pictures of -703 cannot be disclosed for your protection. It has not been determined if visual images of this space will spread the hazard. Images will not be shown in case this ever changes.
Reviewer discretion is advised.

The size of this [enclosed area] is [measurements cannot be disclosed but it is not infinite]. Explorers of this [enclosed area] are encouraged to not touch the [readable objects] as several survivors insist that this might be the source of the hazard, however; this has not been confirmed. Thus far, [x ≤ 50] explorers have been exposed to this hazard and 30% of explorers reported not interacting with the [readable objects].
This [enclosed area] consists of several [entities and/or objects] allowing for [a light source] to come in and for explorers to look outside. Audio Transcription Log: FAQ Session of the Infected
Date: ██/██/████
00:00:0 █:██ Researcher, Joseph █. Bailey: ***shouts over session attendees*** Settle down everyone! We are about to start the FAQ!!
00:00:0 █:██ Heather C. ████: Uh...! Before we start, do you know how much of my name will be expunged in this document?
00:00:0 █:██ Researcher, Joseph █. Bailey: ***signs with empathy*** I guess that is a good place to start this session. Your surname will be omitted in this final document. We believe the hazard is latching onto your surname because it is also a color.
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: Color? My surname is not a color!!
00:00:0 █:██ Hugo █. O'████: Mary's surname is a color! None of this is making sense!! This is a**!!
00:00:0 █:██ Researcher, Joseph █. Bailey: Everyone! Relax...! ***raise hands to get everyone's attention***
00:00:0 █:██ Horus █. O'████: Well, Hugo... we are going to die because we decided to pick up a [readable object] and read it. By the way, that one [readable object] was a good read. Worth dying for...
00:00:0 █:██ Researcher, Joseph █. Bailey: ***interrupts Hugo and Horus in mild frustration*** Gentlemen... ***waits for everyone to settle down again*** This is the reason why we are having this session. First of all, we strongly believe that -703 is the hazard and avoiding this l... I mean... this 'space' is the only way we can contain this threat. Theoretically, discovering or finding this location is discovering or finding information. This space... this information is the infection.
00:00:0 █:██ Horus █. O'████: How I am screwing someone over by saying [readable object] then!
00:00:0 █:██ Hugo █. O'████: I survived the darkness of [6] just to get f*ck by some random a** info-hazard I could have found anywhere!!
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: Well, that blows dirt balls... how the f*ck do you avoid information!!
00:00:0 █:██ Heather C. ████: ***shakes head in disbelief*** I should have stayed in [3511] but noooooo.... I believe for a second I could escape The Backrooms! How stupid I am!!?
Frustrated and angry silence.
00:00:0 █:██ Rabina █. Agarwal: ***breaks the silence** Okay? Am I to assume that once contact with this... uh... space has been made, we are being used as vectors to transmit this infection.
00:00:0 █:██ Researcher, Joseph █. Bailey: Yes! What we do not know is what information this info-hazard will choose to latch onto in order to be spread. Thus, we are taking the necessary precautions to determine who has been infected and isolate them, determined what information that person shared and to whom and to what.
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: Now, wait a minutes... I was told some unlucky bastard has to transcript this session! Are we not infecting them too?
00:00:0 █:██ Volunteer Audio Transcriptor, S██████ E. B████████: ***climes in*** I willing allowed myself to be exposed. The infected can talk amongst each other without creating new incidents of the info-hazard and spreading it to new victims. However, the creation of this document does pose the risk of creating and spreading new incidents. Either way, there will be complaints from reviewers concerned the heavy censorship this document will be subjugated to but that for their protection. Our only hope is that this info-hazard does not select a new piece of information. Censoring certain pieces of information in this document might stop the trigger of infection.
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: Well... I had complaints about this censorship but now that I am experiencing [symptoms related to -703 exposure] and coughing up blood, the reviewer who complains about the censorship is free to join us. My name in full is Jasper...!
00:00:0 █:██ Researcher, Joseph █. Bailey: ***Interrupts Jasper's rant*** Uh...Yes! Thankfully, the highest risk of info-infection is from word of mouth. We believe that some of the symptoms of this infection is having a strong urge to talk to as many people as possible and sharing as much information as possible...
00:00:0 █:██ Jasper █. █████: ***Laughs*** You mean what we are doing right now...?
00:00:0 █:██ Mary H. Green: ***climes in*** Uh...yeah... hi! For the record, I was told the info-hazard did not latch onto any parts of my name... so I am confused about how this info-hazard works concerning names and colors. Also.. how do you not share information!? Now, that I am infected... what can I say that will not infect someone else?
