Hello wanderer. So you most presumably wandered too far into the Backrooms to enter Level.exe, also known as Hard Disk... Well, this place isn't safe. I have entered this Level one time, and getting out alive was just a pure luck. I am probably first person to get out alive, so here I am, to warn you, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. It gives you illusion that you can control the whole Backrooms, delete Levels, entities, end people's suffering... This is a lie. This place is like being in a computer so you aren't even controlling your body, it is just your soul. Aside from that, many soulthirst entities roam this place, so don't think about colonizing this place, it is just impossible to do. Avoiding this level is also pure luck, since NO entrances to Level.exe are documented. And probably none of them ever will be, because you will eventually forget the entrance you used due to awful experience of this level. Even I don't remember how I entered this place...

Description
Level.exe is one of the most dangerous level of the backrooms, serving many threats not only in psychical way. This level is infested with illusions and lies, making wanderers stay here for longer. You aren't even in your body in the first place, your visualized Soul is suffering everything...
At first, this level seems innocent. Nothing really special, just a library with few meter tall bookshelves tall bookshelves made out of white material resembling wood, white floor with a blue circle in the center, bright light coming out of nowhere and an screen above the center showing random backrooms levels with a calm female voice telling you: "Welcome to the backrooms file database! To edit something, select a book and modify it's content.". Of course it's a lie, because the changes won't apply to real backrooms. This area is called "The center", and is the safest so far. To quit it, just simly walk into the one of the "book corridors."
Area 2, the beginning, doesn't give any suspections too. It is meant to make you think the lies the voice told you are real. The books are always the same thickness and on it's coves you can find the name of the Level/Entity/Object you can "modify" in this book, with the cover also containing the photo of the content to "modify" in it. The level books have few pages, each does something other. You can modify the entity count, lighting, level structure and size and many other things. You can also add pages, but that won't change the thinckness of the book. The entity books are very similair, but you can modify their hostility, powers etc. each book has a pen attached to it, which is used to change the things in the books. sometimes, you can find ladders. They are used to access higher shelves.
