》Heavily Unstable
》Diverse Entity Count

Level -133 is the 140th negative level of The Backrooms.

Main Section

The "Main" Section of this level is a simple hospital-like hallway. There are few supplies in this first section. Around 100 miles in accessible rooms start appearing and the farther you go, the more frequent the rooms are, and the more dangerous the entities and non-entity hazards become. At around 500 miles in, the doors start taking you to largely undocumented sub-levels. These levels vary from survival difficulty 0-5.

The Main Section can lead to the three other known sections in this level. The hallway of the main section has not been fully explored. An group of elite MEG explorers got as far as 800 miles, before failing to check in. The first hallway is seemingly devoid of entities, although the fate of the MEG expedition is unknown, and the search party of hired Mountain Men sent to recover their bodies also went missing. No further documented expeditions have gone past the 500-mile point.

The Second Section

A picture of the hallway on section 2.

The Second Section is based off of a older apartment. Doors in the main section have a one in 10 chance of leading here. Immediately, you will notice, here, there are immediately doors that lead to individual apartments. All of these apartments have been observed to have Windows, and more often than not some other hostile entity waiting for a snack. The environment is grey and with some metal doors instead of simple wooden hospital doors. This section has not been mapped or thoroughly trekked through at all, unlike the main section. This is because there is insanely dangerous entities here, and because the hallway goes in both direction. Entities on this level have heightened senses, speed, strength, and intelligence. People have reported having friendly, almost brotherly conversations with hounds, skin stealers, and dullers before being brutally attacked with no provocation.

The Third (Or the last) Section.

So traveller, you made it here. this section includes logs that are in a box like this.

Welcome to the final section. only 0.000000010% of travellers make it here before being eaten to death by entites. this section's page mostly has logs of people who made it here.

Logs

Chris: Hey paul, are you okay?!?! where are you?

The hallway on the final section.

Paul: Hi chris, I'm in a new section.
Smiler: Hehehehe
Chris: Paul WHAT IN THE LIQUID PAIN IS THAT?!?!
Paul: ? I don't hear a thing.
~~~ PAUL HAS DISCONNECTED FROM THE CALL: MIC NOT FOUND ~~~
Those were the last visible log entries.
Explanation:
The last section is not the final accessible part of this level as there is others. there is little discovered about this section, so here is what we know about section 3; ALL OF THE DOORS have entites and should be avoided at all times. this section actually has the most outposts and is mostly inhabited by travellers who are intelligent enough to not open doors.
There are also dealers that carry super almond water for a sample of liquid pain which is everywhere in this section.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
Enter an old decrepit Holiday Inn in Level 11.
Exits
Escaping through a rare door on the main section.
Finding a brown old door will get you to level -891
Finding a door labeled "P" will take you to level 469
Outposts
  • M.E.G Outpost Vestibule (Around the 500 mile mark)
-This about has about 40 members. About 20 are MEG personnel, and the rest are unaffiliated survivors camping out and Mountain Men employed by the MEG, as they are very useful people to have in this level.
-Not open to trade; they don't have anything of value, but will share their small supply of food and water.
-This outpost will provide protection, as it consists of several safe, secure rooms, but you will likely be coerced into joining MEG or the Mountain Men will take you in, if you prove hardy enough.
