Level -2022 consists of a city that's very similar to places in The Frontrooms. Explorers have discovered that the level is very similar to the state of Rio Grande do Sul, located in Brazil; more specifically, the city of Rei Grande.
The level, although not infinite, seems to be pretty big, around 2 million square kilometers. There are around 36 million habitants and explorers on the level, with no other humanoid entities reported.
The level is very well maintained, with a lot of houses and tall buildings around the city. Level -2022 maintains a temperature around 20 OC, making the level a very good place to live. Apart from the climate, a lot of trees can be found in the main parts of the level and around the rural parts.
Although the Backrooms itself isn't very organized, the population of the level created their own "constitution", detailing what they could and couldn't do. In terms of safety, we could say that the constitution worked, as no homicides were registered in the last "year".
The population of the level is generally very friendly and will offer items to trade and to buy, such as almond water, coconut water, cookies, etc. This level has an exclusive item – authentic Brazilian almond water, which is very similar to the common variation but has slightly better effects.

There is only one pseudo-entity present on Level -2022.
The Spider
The Spider is a level-exclusive entity. Its size is similar to the common counterpart found in the real world. They are generally friendly and will even accept some petting and being carried by explorers; however, if they feel threatened, they will attempt to inject their venom – called Passo – through their fangs.
Their venom is considered one of the most dangerous present in the Backrooms. It is able to kill a medium-sized human in around 35 seconds.
