Warning message from wanderer G.G.
This photo, taken by wanderer B.B., is of the living room in level -319.
If you are reading this, I am possibly dead, and you will be too if you do not get out of here. With that said, you need to stop reading this and find a way out of here. If you find any exits, please, document it somewhere and tell other wanderers to not explore level -319...
Description
Level -319 is the inside of a moldy, abandoned house covered in a thick layer of dust and debris. The home is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms residency consisting of a basement, attic, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a study/office. The basement, attic, and study/office are inaccessible. The temperature inside the home is a damp, unwelcoming 47°F (~8.3°C). The residency is dimly lit by unknown means but coming prepared with light sources is recommended. It is unknown what this home looks like from the outside as the house has been sealed from the outside. No one can confirm what material was used to seal off the house. No one has successfully broken out of the residency to explore the outside world. There is also a warning message (started above) that was carved into the kitchen table by wanderer G.G. The note continues as follows:
Warning message from wanderer G.G. continues...
…I do not have much time to explain. I honestly do not know how we got here in the first place. I will tell you this much. My name is [wanderer G.G., age 13] and I came here with three others [wanderer T.G., age 16], [wanderer E.M., age 25], and [wanderer B.W., age 31].

T.G. was my older sister. We no-clipped into level 0 together and have been struck in The Backrooms for three years now. I guess it does not matter now. I miss my mom and dad. I do not want to die here!
Two years ago, we met B.W. at level 4. She told us she was a mom of three in the real world. She was compelled to look after us and help us get out of here, “This is no place for children", She always said. This was no place for anyone's mom. This is no place for anyone!
E.M. was an edgy but cool goth dude. He helped us get out of level 9 6 months ago. I did not know much about him. He did not say much, but when he did talk, he was surprisingly optimistic. He was optimistic to the very end. Why did he have to die? Why did anyone here have to die?
I said too much already, but I needed to let you know these people came here with me. They were somebody's loved ones. I do not want them to be forgotten. I do not want to be forgotten either. I do not want you to be forgotten, so find a way out. This place ages you by one year every 5 minutes. I timed it. I have been trying to find a way out for 6 hours now. I watched my sister die 30 minutes ago, and she has since crumbled to ash and dust. I am not too far behind, but I am exhausted. I understand now why my grandfather was tired all the time. I am going to die here. I made my peace with that. I am too tired to go any further. I guess I wrote this to beg you to find a way out. When you get out of here, tell the others to not come to level -319. If they happen to find themselves here, tell them to find an exit as soon as possible.

Cause of death
It was presumed that wanderer G.G. failed to escape level -319 and perished due to accelerated senescence and degeneration. It has not been determined what is causing wanderers to age and deteriorate at an accelerated rate here. It might explain why the home is sealed off.
While this cannot be confirmed, researching wanderer Dr. S.B., aged 32 upon entering level -319, wrote her speculation on a wall in blue crayon. She believed that most people should perish at or after the age of 85 as that is the average life expectancy of most humans unless you are in poor health. She cited that one of her colleagues, wandering research assistant, P.N., age 25 died between the ages of 60 - 65 from diabetic and heart-related issues. (This also suggests her poor colleague died around the 3 - 3.5 hours mark.) Dr. S.B. theorized that any degenerative condition, be it genetic or based on susceptibility, can also be sped up here. Dr. S.B. mentioned that she too was prone to manifesting diabetes, but because she was in good health and was relatively fit did not develop diabetes like her late colleague and thus did not perish yet. She cites her susceptibility to cancer and cardiovascular disease and believes that one of those conditions is still on the table to take her out. She mentioned that her grandfather died from heart-related conditions at 70. She did cite she was experiencing mild chest pains at this point and was having trouble seeing. She finished her speculations with, "I feel sorry for the poor soul who comes in here with Huntington's disease." It is presumed that Dr. S.B., like her colleague, died in level -319.

Aging for entities
This accelerated rate of aging is not limited to humans. Wanderer A.F. (age not cited) documented on toilet paper in pen that he entered level -319 by unknown means and began to explore the new environment. He found an aging hound in the master bedroom. The creature attempted to give chase but fell over and died. The beast crumbled to dust 3 minutes later. It was assumed that if these creatures can reproduce (see references for The Hive here), they can also perish from old age. Seeing entities die from old age is, however, rare. Thus far, no wanderer has confirmed how these entities get into the home. What is clear is they suffer the same fate as a human upon entering this residency. Which goes without saying, it cannot be confirmed if A.F. escaped level -319. He is presumed dead.
Level -319 will not suffer the living.
First confirmed escapee
Wanderer B.B. was the first confirmed escapee from level -319. Wanderer B.B. claimed that he was age 14 when he entered level -319. He insists he does not know how he got to level -319. He does know how he escaped. He claims that he managed to escape by cleaning dust off a broken mirror in the upstairs, full bathroom. He then no-clipped back to level 0. Wanderer B.B. was trapped in level -319 for 2 hours. He aged by 24 years, making him 38 years old when escaping level -319. Below is a table showing the calculations and conversions for the rate of aging that occurs in level -319. It is unknown if the rate of aging is similar for the entities of The Backrooms.
| Table 1: Rate of aging in level -319 | ||
| Year aged | Mins | Hours |
| 1 | 5 | n/a |
| 12 | 60 | 1 |
| 24 | 120 | 2 |
| 36 | 180 | 3 |
| 48 | 240 | 4 |
| 60 | 300 | 5 |
| 72 | 360 | 6 |
| Example: You are 15 years old but was trapped in level -319 for 2 hours | ||
| 15 + another 24 years = 39 years in 2 hours | ||
Final remarks
It cannot be confirmed how many wanderers have been claimed by this level. Previous wanderers did not specify how they got into level -319, so the entry point is unknown. It is strongly advised that you find the broken mirror in the upstairs, full bathroom immediately if you find yourself in level -319. It is also encouraged to find an alternative exit if time permits or, in case, something has happened to the known exit. This level was given the survival difficulty of 5e as no human or entity can survive here due to rapid senescence, degradation, and death, the source of which cannot be confirmed.
Colonies and Outposts
Due to the nature of this level, colonies and outposts should not, under any circumstance, be established here.
Entrances
· No wanderers can confirm or recall the entry point.
Exits
· Cleaning dust off a broken mirror in the upstairs, full bathroom will result in you no-clipping back to level 0. It is strongly advised for this mirror to be located as soon as possible. Finding an alternative exit is encouraged but not advised.
