This level consists of an endless amount of locker rooms/shower rooms, and it is extremely dangerous for explorers due to numerous hazards. Only a few people have visited, but they were able to capture a few images before escaping or dying.
This level's locker rooms appear to be large rooms with a lot of lockers. The majority of lockers appear to be empty. There's a chance you'll find anything useful in there. It appears that breaking lockers at this level is impossible. The light in here has an irritating tone, and if you listen to it for a long time, your sanity can be damaged. The sound seems to be impacted by the wall in locker rooms, so you may hear unknown sounds from other rooms. It is not recommended to make a loud noise because some entities can hear you as well.
Because numerous entities live in the shower rooms on this level, they may be the most dangerous area. The walls are made of white tiles, which have the same sound-blocking properties as Level 37, however, the white tiles are tattered and dirty, just like the rest of the room. Resources are limited, and any food you do find will be scattered across the floor. The floor in this area appears to be quite slippery, therefore be careful in this area or you may slip and fall. There are also pipes in here that contain an unknown liquid and make a loud noise. The liquid from the pipe should be avoided because it is highly toxic but not lethal. Since these pipes appear to be linked to a shower and faucet, they should be avoided as well. There has also been a claim that there is almond water in the pipes, although this has not been confirmed. In some rooms, pipes can be destroyed, flooding the room with hazardous water. While Wanderer reports that these liquids have no effect on entities, it is theorized that the liquid in level -38 has a favorable effect. The air is humid, hot, and stinks "rotten." There are a few air vents throughout the area where the air is dry and pleasant to smell.
The dark rooms
Some places are completely dark, making navigation difficult. The threat of dangerous beings is highest in these dark places. The level is strikingly similar to level -28. Some report that the water in these darker spots is warmer and "sentient," giving the impression that you are being watched. It's also significantly warmer there, resulting in a dense mist.
The ventilation shafts
There might be a few claustrophobics here and there. If you make it past them, you'll find yourself in a maze of dusty ventilation shafts. There is a distinct smell of food in this area, as well as a faint sound of running water. Surprisingly, this is the best source of food, but much of it has long since expired. Clumps are common there, and avoiding them is difficult because of the numerous dead ends and narrow shafts.

There are no known colonies or outposts in this level.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- You can get here by passing through a locker room door in Level -28.
- You can also end up here by going via a locker room door on Level 2.
Exits
- You can either return to Level -28 by returning through the door you entered by.
- However, you can continue exploring the level until you come across a door marked with an exit sign, which will transport you to Level -33.1.
- According to some sources, if you go through the darker areas or climb through a vent, you will eventually reach Level -34.
