Level -3 is the 4th negative level of the Backrooms.
Description
Level -3 is still mostly unexplored, but someone has managed to retrieve a picture. There is no evidence of exactly who took the picture, as their reflection is not shown off of the mirrors. Some assume that the Mythological Camera Man has took the photo. Level -3 appears to be a maze of endless mirrors, windows, and anything else capable of creating reflections. The floor and ceiling are made out of concrete, carpet, wood, and rarely rubies. Fluorescent lights have been installed on the ceiling, however, they don't buzz as loud as they would in Level 0. The lights are made out of a silicate rock, that can rarely create a neon glow.
Any items with essential utility is scarce. The most abundant item within Level -3 is Cashew Water, which decreases sanity rather then raise it. The light fixtures on Level -3 are prone to flicker and fail at random intervals; when this happens, the level becomes more dangerous, and hostile entities may spawn faster then normal. This level is completely silent, as the mirrors completely block any sound coming though them. Sometimes it may result in an echo. WiFi is available and can be accessed in the same manor as the network on Level 3. Unfortunately, the password for this levels network isn't the same. The password is usually "itsawyou." Wireless charging ports are occasionally available, but only in unmarked, seemingly random locations on the floor.
Mirrors in this level have a variety of anomalous properties, like the inability to see yourself in the mirror. You are unable to break the mirrors. Certain mirrors that reflect as a void can be present. Any mirror made out of a different material will be able to shatter, and when doing so in an experiment, these mirrors shown that they can take you to places like The Void for instance. Some reports claim that objects can pass through certain mirrors on Level -3, that if successful, the item will become physically reflected; doing this is not recommended, as it seems to be irreversible and is rumored to be dangerous.
Entities that spawn here are primarily hostile. They seem to only spawn when lights flicker or fail. On this level, there are several types of entities that can spawn, including strange floating glass icosahedra nicknamed "Disco Balls," the omnipresent Hounds, and one unpredictable entity that appears in the mirrors to be an exact copy of yourself head to toe. Wanderers claim that this entity is invisible to the naked eye. The only evidence of this theory being true is by looking behind. These reflections cause wanderers to be extremely paranoid, and potentially giving wanderers Eisoptrophobia (or the fear of mirrors). There isn't much information about this entity. The only thing we know about this entity is that it can teleport to any mirror in this level, and the best course of action to take if you see it is to run as far away from it as possible. The entity has been given the name Eisoptrosa due to it's relation with mirrors.
Note found in level -3
What is the living mirror maze...? I idiotically went to one of the “restrooms” in Level 3. I was chased by entities but went into one of the mirrors and ended up here. I can’t even see my own reflection… I think it’s endless and I don’t know how to get out. The only potential way I can escape is from any door that I see. I am just unaware of what possible locations they are able to take me too. I heard that the next level was a tunnel of some kind. I don't know though. I have found something interesting however. It looks like Almond Water, but smells awful. I am afraid to drink it. Anyways, I will keep on going, and jot down anything new I find. It might be a wild ride who knows.
And, just as you know, I have indeed found something. It was, different. There wasn't a mirror, none at all. It was, see through. I am willing to believe that the material is glass, but how does anything like that manifest into this world? Eh, whatever, it's the Backrooms, nothing makes sense. I also found lights that give off this neon glow, which is impressive if I do say so myself. I am unsure if a certain material is causing this neon glow, or if it is just me being stupid, but whatever the case maybe, I am interested to find out more about this place.

Okay, guys listen I don't have time to explain this. I don't know what level is this and where am I. I came to this level from Level -1 and end up in this hell maze that was fully out of mirrors. The mirror doesn't have my reflection... I explore and found a window that has my reflection. I was looking at them and... It's not me... IT chasing me... any mirror that I look there is IT... Luckily I found this hiding spot... I was hiding here for 10 minutes. I think IT is gone now...
Wait what is that sound...
God... no no no… I think IT is coming...
WAIT NO NO NO HELPPP!!! IT FOUND ME!!!
NO! THIS IS NOT TRUE... NO!!! HELP!!!
Please someone help me, please...
