Description
Level -64 is an island spreading 2-square kilometres in every direction. It expands every time a wanderer enters this level. However, do not be fooled by the size of the island, since it is surrounded by an endless sea of warm, clean, and comforting to swim in water. This sea also has an endless coral reef, filled with highly intelligent colorful fishes that sometimes want to play with one. It has an unknown property that keeps it clean. Moving onto the not big island's beach, the only anomalous things here are palms growing in sand out of nowhere. The beach has many ambers, seashells, and other sea treasures on it, most presumably out of the sea. After leaving it, you will be able to find a city that mainly consists of a cobblestone road, 90s styled tenement houses with ground floor being open to the public, while others are apartments for wanderers, with a beautiful and relaxing scenery of the level.

Moving onto tenement houses. The ground floor is filled with restaurants, allowing anyone to enter, which looks very similar to American gas stops in the 90s: curtains, style, etc. but you can order food for free, no strings attached. After placing the order, the gas station staff will immediately enter the kitchen and after few seconds leave it with your order. These humans are entities and you can differentiate by asking for their name. The entities will always say they do not have one. The second public place is a grocery shop. It appears to be similar to the ones in the The Frontrooms, but the products aside from Almond Water, Rose Water, Liquid Pain, Random Water, Cardboard Water, a pack of Poolstone and Gold Tape don't have any type of written franchises on them. Another thing that can be seen is that these stores don't have any price tags, nor are there any cash registers present. Another public place is a pool with an inconsistent structure. The cash registers (operated by human entities) which give out tickets and shoe lockers are located on ground floor, while the checkrooms and pool are underground, containing a large swimming section, warm pool for chilling, and many hot tubs and epic waterslides.
There are also many other types of public places on ground floors, but there is too much of them to cover everything. Our information about this level is also limited due to it only being given by The Mail Carrier. Luckily for us, we've got some information about the structure of apartments. Their furniture have anomalous properties, like TV's showing random wanderer's point of view in the backrooms (different channel stands for different wanderer), couch being extremely comfortable and lotions used while bathing giving out strange effects to the user, for example:
- Green lotion will make the feeling of water being hotter and after that it will shrink you.
- Red lotion will make you more serious.
- Pink lotion will give you the scent of lavender and roses.
- Green lotion will make you more chill and humorous.
- Dark blue lotion will lull you to sleep for a short period of time.
- Light blue lotion will make you remember your best memories.
These effects will last after leaving the bath for few hours or until you fall asleep. About sleeping, all the beds's comfort will make you fall asleep in few seconds, and every dream would be lucid with it being extremely vivid and feeling like real life, with all 5 senses active. The apartments also have a variety of rooms, like the bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and two bedrooms, not to mention they have a balcony.
However, the city not only consists of the houses. It also has a park in the middle of it with Japanese bloom trees, warm air, many picnic spots, beautiful birds-entites, calming background sounds, and a fountain in the middle with warm and relaxing water. The birds-entities are very anomalous istots who seem to appear and dissapear out of nowhere, always giving a wonderful concert with their singing and voice. They appear identically to ones in The Frontrooms, with every of them having other color, shape and overall look. Aside from the park and buildings, there is no other things in this level.
Such a cool level to stay, yeah? Well, once you enter it - you cannot quit it. Like in The Void and Level REDACTED you cannot exit or die in this level, and pain and needs of things like air, food, water, and energy as well as pain are weakened here, and not fatal. But it is still recommended you meet these needs since sleeping gives you lucid dreams, food gives you a chance to savour and water (or other drinks) give you a fresh feeling and better humour. Liquid Pain also seems to lose his side effects; it acts just like a normal drink, only saving it's color and taste. Summer is always present in this level, with average day's temperature being 23-30°C. The day and night cycle is the same that it was in normal reality, but the moon is full and nights are much hotter than they were, with the temperature of atleast 18°C during them. Rain, snow etc. as well as noclipping and aging are also not present here.

As you have probably saw, I was gone for a very long time. And it hurts to write... But you will probably never see me again. I have noclipped to a strange level with no escape... But do not be worried! I am safe, this is not Level REDATCED, so heads up. I've could end up in way much worse place than this... Wonderland.
And I am not lying; I've got an apartament, live on a nice island, get free food everyday, go to bowling and hang out with friends I've made in this level... Yeah, in this level... People call it often -64 one as M.E.G. agents who noclipped here does not remember number "-64" being taken.
There is also alot of other cool stuff in this level, like a bloom park in the middle, super comfortable beds and magical lotions to use while bathing. I am sad that you cannot experience it with me, Marlene...

To all M.E.G. bases: Mission 23494 in Level 9223372036854775807 have been stopped due to 5 people, counting me in noclipped trough the floor in that level and ended up in this strange level. No communication can be made and there are no documented exits, so it may be impossible to deliver this log. We are making it in case if it actually could be registered by your operatives and added into BackOS database. I and the 4 other explorers are alive, due to immortality that is granted to you in this Level. Other people have already visited this level.
Now, let's get into the description. Level -64 is an island, which spreads 2 kilometres in any direction from the center. It is surrounded by a sea with a coral reef infinite in size, as well as the sea itself. According to wanderers who are trapped in this location, on a small beach surrounding the island from every side you can find many sea treasures every day placed on the sand.
We can leave the beach and enter the city consisting of tenement houses with a public place on ground floor and apartments on others. Everything has look like it was builded in 90s America, because maybe around that time the level was created. A park in the middle of the level can be found, it provides a very calming atmosphere and a great place to chill out.
The climate here is very hot, but not fatal. Feelings of being sleppy, hungry, and thirsty are not present here, but the people on this level still do it "for the comfort".

Entrances
Entrances to this level are mostly located on enigmatic and rare levels, as for example noclipping in Level 9223372036854775807 will take you here. An other example is entrance from Level SYNTAX ERROR. To use it, you need to reach the end of the hallway in floor 2 of the level, which is borderline impossible. The last confirmed entrance is located in The Beginning. Trying to break the computer located in it will take you here.
Legends say that noclipping perfectly trough the middle of The Void will teleport you here. However, these are just bylines, who would belive in them?
Exits
