Description
Level 0? is a nearly identical version of level 0, having perfectly white wallpaper and the carpet being dry.
When wanderers try to exit how level 0 would normally exit, the level gets worse.
The manila room seems to be existent here, however, the manila room is glitching between several stages. if you stay long enough in the room, entities such as hounds, deathmoths, smilers, facelings, skin-stealers, and so on will spawn in the room. there will also be a fake Window.
Currently the only way out is by going to stage 5 and standing on a random-appearing chair, however this is unknown if it's true as only one wanderer did so. only several wanderers came here and did not successfully exit without the stage getting worse. some of the wanderers died before reaching stage 10.

Stage 7
- The carpet is so rough that it causes friction burns, half missing, and drenched in water, tile underneath often has small holes, there only seems to be darkness in these holes.
- The wallpaper is gone, and the walls have holes up to a foot big, the wall is filled to the brim with asbestos
- Pipes from the ceiling spew corrosive liquid
- The light flicker 2 times a second, being lit only for 1/20th of a second for each flicker, the loud hum-buzz is accompanied by a droning sound

- Furniture does appear, except the furniture is contorted and stacked on top of, or even fused with other bits of furniture, creating hard-to-scale walls of chairs, tables, and random junk

Stage 8
- The carpet is like how it was in stage 7, even more rough, and covered in rust, often times the tile has holes that are big enough to get your foot stuck in
- The walls are only half-there, full of asbestos and mold
- Pipes from the ceiling spew very viscous corrosive acid, and can fall onto you
- The lights are always off, but still emit droning and hum-buzz noises
- Difficulty 7
- Entities are extremely common, but may die due to the hazards in this stage
- You have a 50/50 chance to go insane here
- Distorted furniture does appear, now more common
- Chandeliers and ceiling fans appear, chandeliers fall on you if you stand under them, and ceiling fans have an unnaturally high torque, do not fall, and the fan blades are often fused with distorted furniture, resulting in ceiling fan wrecking balls
- Pipes can be above fans, resulting in the blades flinging acid everywhere
- Broken glass lines everything
Stage 9
- Carpet lines some of the roof, dripping a highly corrosive version of carpet fluid, various holes to the void are on the floor, now big enough to make you fall in.
- Walls are not there, with piles of asbestos contaminated with the disease, and black mold taking their place
- Pipes on the floor leave large puddles of acid that react violently with skin, said pipes often just spray the acid like a hose
- Chandeliers that are on the floor (upside down when on the floor) and the ceiling have candles on them, producing your only light, the normal lights are just as severe as noisemakers here
- Difficulty 8
- Entities are everywhere, there is a 50/50 chance that one will be within a 300 feet of you
- There is a 70% chance to go insane here
- The furniture becomes even more unnatural, often taking on unrecognizable forms, usually being hazardous.
- The ceiling fans are on the floor, spinning rapidly, chandeliers on the roof still fall on you, now causing you to catch fire if one lands on you, due to the candles.
- The broken glass now is often stuck to the floor in ways that cause it to jut out, instead of just being a bunch of shards on the floor.
Stage 10
- Basically everything is infinite here, all things are wreaked and distorted, and you will 100% go insane here and die. Nothing else to say.
Stage 11
- Difficulty INSTAKILL
- More entities than Level ! and Rush
- Everything is distorted and effective
- VERY DANGEROUS
Stage 12
- I do not know how you made it into here....
