Level 000.1 is the 2nd sub-level of the Outrooms.

Description
Level 000.1 is described as a set of floating sky islands in the blue sky. There is not any foundation in these islands, and the main components of these islands are soil. Some plants like the grass, trees and some flowers in The Frontrooms can be found on the surface on these islands. Even though there are not any records about the rainy weather in this level, these plants are still alive.
Every wanderer in Level 000.1 reported positive feelings, possibly because of the temperature and occasional breeze in this level. The temperature of Level 000.1 is a long-term stable at around 24.3°C (75.75°F), and the wind in this level sometimes can be recorded at about class 1-3, and rarely appears as class 4. Usually, the temperature of the winds are little lower than the temperature in level 000.1, but it doesn’t cause severe changes to the temperature. The lighting of Level 000.1 seems to come from everywhere, this may be a result of the lighting spots that disappeared in the air, this causes the disappearance of the big shades in Level 000.1. However, some small shades like grass shadows may appear in this level. All the wanderers who had ever entered this level thought that the lighting is warm, cozy, and filling.
The gravity in Level 000.1 is vertical down. This level is predicted to be infinite, even though the ‘surface' of this level hasn’t been discovered yet.
The size of these islands are mostly between 1 ㎡ and 120 ㎡, the biggest island in document is 167.2㎡. At the edge (sometimes even the center) of these islands, the collapsing of soil will happen, but this phenomenon is difficult to cause damage due to the low gravity and the high density of the islands.
The mercury that takes in common place in The Outrooms is seen floating in the air of this level, and ignores the gravity. A pool or a container full of almond water or mercury could be found on some relatively huge islands.

B.S.A outpost 3
- Level 000.1
- There are about 100 residents.
- This outpost was established by the Backrooms Survival Alliance (B.S.A). They are willing to accept vagrants, have guaranteed material supply, and always keep in touch with the headquarters of B.S.A.
Sky Island Organization
- Level 000.1
- A newly established organization, little is known about them, with about 15 members.
Entities
Entities that lives in the Backrooms are not discovered in this level for some unknown reasons, even though some wanderers reported that they have already discovered the “Light Guiders”.
Entrances And Exits
Entrances
- Keep going up in some buildings (completely random, and we didn’t find any similarities between the building that can lead wanderers to this level) in Level 000.0 until you reach a platform, you may discover a floating island after that, upon landing on it , you will realise that you've already entered Level 000.1.
Exits
- Close your eyes and jump down from any island that has a container (the mercury must be contained in it), and you may just land on another island, or have some chances(if you collect some of the mercury in it you will have higher chance) to arrive in Level 000.2 .
