Description

Level XP resembles the place in the default Windows XP desktop wallpaper. This can be entered by typing $ terminal ~ logout in the terminal in Level [[1]]. This zone extends for 500 km and going beyond this you will see the void and stepping near will lead you to no clip through the ceiling of a random back, front, top, and westroom level and being unable to return through the same way. Level XP has a day and night cycle lasting for 3 days, night being the most dangerous time to be inside Level XP, this where Smilers, Screamers, Wretches, Facelings, and the shunned live. The shunned are a Level XP exclusive entity, they are the glitched versions of entities and they can teleport and attack out of nowhere and be invisible because of a concept called "lagbugging". They are assumed to be lagging because of the bugs/glitches they are, 100 shunned is enough to make Level XP unstable meaning that the level will start to fade away from reality in a glitching manner as if it is lagging. Only 50 shunned spawn once a night and 67.2% die after night time ends, it is not recommended to store high amounts of shunned for obvious reasons. Ruins from Undertale always plays and repeats every 28 seconds during day time and Minecraft cave ambience occur in Level XP exclusively at night. This level has fertile soil and replenishing resources making it habitable but only when it's daytime.

A journal of a person who stayed during all 3 days of night time with his team is presented as the following:

Jones here, if you're reading this I hope we're not dead. We forgot to leave the place, now we're stuck here because of the amount of wretches, howlers, and blood hounds I hear outside of our house. I think they're just near my house, more specifically 5 meters from the door and walls. The screams of the bloody creatures feel so different, more lovecraftian in this place. The cave sounds ever so irritating. I just hope we aren't driven insane by these creatures scratching the walls and screaming lovecraftian poems in their muffled out cries. Oh gosh, it's knocking on our dd dd dooor.

Jones here again, we're checking if it's safe enough to run outside to the entrance. We've equipped our friend with weapons, he's jack the expert on fire. We gave him fire related weaponry to barbecue those monsters outside.

Update: He's dead, we saw his body stretched and scattered all over the grass.

It's coming for us.

The M.E.G. has gone more than 500 km away from the entrance in Level XP by air and it has lead to multiple incidents of the plane getting split in 2, 1 part in a random level in the Backrooms and 1 part stuck in Level XP's void. Through this experiment, it is theorized that Level XP expands 800 km in the x and y access if the void is included. Shunned are the only known entities to step in the void and go beyond the 300 km limit in the void and M.E.G is trying to tame shunned so that they can explore the void in Level XP.

It is noted that Level XP's void is unlike the void that you can no clip to and keep falling down in, but it is theorized to be created from a corruption between the known void that you can noclip to and Level XP's territory seemingly failing to stop at their set boundaries and forcefully continuing. It is unknown why this happens but a theory is that in Level XP's code which is accessed through Level 00000111's terminal, the x and z values for Level XP's dimensions are set to 500 km but this value fluctuates because of some bug in the code changing it to 1000 km(which is theorized to be the actual limit of the void in Level XP) and the void's set boundaries end at 501 km from the entrance of Level XP. This bug in the code also explains why entities who are not shunned cannot step in this territory but shunned can because they themselves are glitches who are able to get used to the ever fluctuating boundaries of the void and Level XP. Thus the void in Level XP is a solid but a new type of solid, unstable solid. Its matter is compact but normal matter can't be on top of it or it doesn't push against normal matter but the atoms in unstable solids are barely moving to let normal matter pass through. The M.E.G. is still figuring out what are the laws of physics of the void in Level XP.

Places

The Pillars of Eden

A set of white pillars forming a circle, in the middle is a book on a podium made from the same material as the pillars which is the Journal of Eden (the original). There are seats in between the pillars but inside the circle the pillars form. There is a lever that when pulled will make the podium containing the Journal of Eden descend to the bottom of the ground and a bundle of sticks on a circle formed by stones will ascend, this makes a good spot to hangout in at night since the hills that surround the pillars aren't climbed by the entities and entities always avoid them. Looking at the night sky there or on the hills will be a beautiful sight as you can see the stars. Located 200 km from entrance.

Cave of Eden

A cave at the bottom of a hill located 100 km away from the entrance. This cave has the same white pillars from the Pillars of Eden forming 2 vertical lines coming from the right and left side of the cave. These pillars have bowls on them that lights up with fire during the night. At night, the cave's stones glow orange and the fire detracts hostile entities. Going inside the cave will lead you to a cave system with rocks the same color as soil surrounding the halls. A glowing purple stone is always seen in these halls, there are entities exclusive to this location in Level XP called Purple Miners who are humanoids that appear dirty yet with some purple glowing dust evenly spead on their body. They wear miner's attire and are aggressive if harmed.

Colonies and Outposts

. Edenites/Mek'kden

Leader: Mik'sh'y'el Sadu

The Edenites are a cult who deify entities called Admins. They are angels in their mythology and use expanded versions of the Journal of Eden. The Journal of Eden is written by an unknown person simply know as T.O.W.F.T.P or the One Who Found This Place. The original Journal of Eden is a record of places, entities, and events experienced by the writer along with information that can help people who stumble across this place. The Journal of Eden used by the Edenites are expansions of this journal, recording supernatural events, sacrifices, rituals, and beliefs of the Edenites. Despite being a cult, the leader does not abuse nor manipulate the members. The leader simply teaches teachings and expands on the original Journal of Eden to their beliefs. It is labeled as a cult because it practices human sacrifice (specifically of "evil people") and the leader discusses any topic with them and the member are allowed to leave as long as they do the leaving sacrifice which is done using 3 shunned to be sacrificed. There are an estimated 100 members of the cult and their practices and beliefs have been well recorded but are classified. They have explored all of Level XP and are very friendly towards friendly and kind wanderers who act morally excusable or moral in general. The doctrine of the Edenites change overtime and the leader accepts doctrinal changes except for the sacrifices and the mythology of angels (aka the admin entities) as they are the basis of the faith and are undisputable in the eyes of the cult. They live a very communal life style and speak an abundance of languages from the Frontrooms, from ancient chinese to future english. Their ancestry is of Roman, Greek, Persian, Mesopotamian, Celtic, Arab, Mekkari(from the undiscovered civilization of Mekkara recorded in the Journal of Eden, located in Europe near asia minor). Their ancestry is mostly Mekkari which is 60% of their ancestry. Mek'kden is the term used to refer to the country of the Edenites as a people since they are all of Mek'kdenite whether they believe in Edenism or not. The name Mek'kden means Mekkara of Eden and the Leader of the Edenites is the ruler of Mek'kden thus making Mek'kden a theocracy but with people of other faiths having equal rights to Edenites.
