Description
Level 0 is a old, infinite, empty office building from the 1990's. The yellowed wallpaper on the walls constantly peel off the surface and ceiling tiles to fall down randomly, as this could mean that Level 0 was once in Normal Reality before until was abandoned, causing it to mysteriously disappear. While this level is safe, Non-Euclidian geometry has been present, but this occurs when the wanderer travels through a strait line. Level 0 is also devoid of furniture. Because of this, Presumably, a great number of people have died before exiting, the most likely causes being dehydration, starvation, or encountering an Entity. Any encounters with any entity is to be avoided all cost, despite being rare.
Iconic humbuzz found in Level 0.
The installed lighting flickers inconsistently and hums at a constant frequency. This buzzing is notably louder and more obtrusive than ordinary fluorescent humming, and examination of the fixtures to determine the source has been inconclusive. The substance from the moist carpet is drinkable and is safe for consumption (despite being a random fluid and not water). Drinking this will help with your thirst, and can help you survive Level 0 throughout the whole level. This level has another anomalous property, with it being toxic, boiling tar coming out of the ceiling tiles and drip down of the floor. Any rooms with this strange event are to be avoided, as touching a single drop of the tar can result into a injury. But on the bright side, this event occurring is incredibly rare to encounter.
