Description
Level 1.5 is a series of corridors, with different staircases connecting them, reaching a total of 10 corridors. Each corridor is approximately 30 meters long, with an average of 5 doors at each side (making a total of 10 doors per standard corridor). This level appears to be constructed in cement, however any attempt to break any wall or door inside this level has failed as the building appears to be indestructable. Despite that, the building still appears to be in a weak state, even though any sort of damage is impossible to be applied.
Upon entering Level 1.5, you will appear at the 10th floor, and your goal is to reach the 1st floor, the only way being via the doors. When opening a door, there's a different chance for each floor, all seemingly randomized for every subject that comes through this level.
Floor 10
- Chance 1 (3 doors): The room will be empty, and upon entering it, the door will shut behind the first person that entered, either sending them to Level 6, or The Void if extremely unlucky.
- Chance 2 (3 doors): The door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 9.
- Chance 3 (3 doors): The door will open up to an empty room, and an entity will come out of it. The entity can be either a Partygoer, or a Hound.
- Chance 4 (1 door): This door is fake and won't open up.
Floor 9
- Chance 1 (5 Doors): The door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 8.
- Chance 2 (4 Doors): The door will open up to an empty room, which will have 2 common entities inside of it.
- Chance 3 (1 Door): This door is fake and won't open up.
Floor 8
This floor will be a little different, there will only be 6 doors, parallel to each other, and only one of them leads to the staircase, the others will take you to the listed levels. You don't need to enter the room, opening the door is enough:
- Chance 1: The door will bring you to Level 0.
- Chance 2: The door will bring you to Level 45.
- Chance 3: The door will bring you to Level 5.
- Chance 4: The door will bring you to Level Fun.
- Chance 5: The door will bring you to Level 2.
- Chance 6: The door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 7.
Floor 7
- Chance 1 (7 Doors): This door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 6.
- Chance 2 (3 Doors): This door will take you to a random level, the destination is uncertain.
Floor 6
- Chance 1 (5 Doors): This door will open up to an empty room with nothing in it. Once entering, the door will close and will then either send you to Level 2 or Level Maker.
- Chance 2 (2 Doors): This door will open up to Level 7191.
- Chance 3 (2 Doors): This door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 5.
- Chance 4 (1 Door): This door is fake and won't open up.
Floor 5
Starting from Floor 5, the first Mental Hazard of the level will begin. Anyone entering here will begin experiencing hallucinations of Fire Exit doors. If you see any extra door with a Fire Exit sign on it, do not go in it, as you'll either hit a wall or be brought back to Floor 10.
- Chance 1 (9 Doors): This door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 4.
- Chance 2 (1 Door): This door will bring one to Level !.
Floor 4
10 doors, 5 locations.
- Chance 1 (2 Doors): This door will bring one to Level 4858.
- Chance 2 (2 Doors): This door will bring one to Level 11.
- Chance 3 (2 Doors): This door will bring one back to the level they were before.
- Chance 4 (2 Doors): This door will bring one to a random Class 1 level.
- Chance 5 (2 Doors): This door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 3.
Floor 3
Starting from Floor 3, this sublevel will get extremely dangerous due to it's extreme hallucinations triggering and general danger of the doors.
- Chance 1 (5 Doors): This door will bring one to Level -4532.
- Chance 2 (3 Doors): This door will bring one to Level 8.
- Chance 3 (1 Door): This door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 2.
- Chance 4 (1 Door): This door is fake and won't open up.
Floor 2
Floor 2 has the most dangerous exits, and only one way to the final Floor.
- Chance 1 (1 Doors): This door will open up to a room full of entities that will break free and kill anyone that's currently in that floor.
- Chance 2 (3 Doors): This door will bring one to Level 9.
- Chance 3 (2 Doors): This door will bring one to Level Fun.
- Chance 4 (2 Doors): This door will bring one to Level -2.
- Chance 5 (1 Door): This door will bring one to Level Rush.
- Chance 6 (1 Door): This door will open up to a staircase, leading down to Floor 1.

Floor 1
This is the final floor. This floor has nothing in it but a bright, glitched, black and white version of Level 1. This floor will contain one Partygoer, but unlike the others, this one calls itself "The PartyMaster". This partygoer will not infect anyone like usual, instead they'll try to kill off the subject. The only way to escape after entering this floor is by fighting The PartyMaster. The PartyMaster's physical abilities such as strength, speed, and reflexes highly depend on the person(s) they're facing, adapting to match the opponent's power, creating a fair fight. This PartyMaster is very durable though, and can resist up to several bullets, according to how armed the person they're fighting is. Upon defeating The PartyMaster, a door will appear at the end of the room. Going through it will send one to The Frontrooms. Very few people have actually exited the backrooms from this level, due to how extremely dangerous the level gets the lower it goes. Attempting to open a door, and then opening another one will result in the previous door being closed and re-generated.
Colonies and Outposts
Due to the nature of the level, it's impossible to establish an outpost.

Entrances
This level has many entrances from many levels, usually from misleading Glitched Doors. One may enter this level from any level that specifies so, however, one must not intentionally attempt to enter this level. You can also get to this level by going into any black and white areas in Sector 3 of Level -4.
Exits
All exits into this level are listed in the floors, these are the general/most used exits from the level.
- Noclip anywhere in this level to be brought to Level 1.
- Breaking through any fake door, or the fake door from the entrance of the corridors, will lead one to Level 193.
- Staying in this level for longer than 2 months will bring one to Level 0 or Level 188.
- Finish the level to be brought to The Frontrooms.
