Survival Difficulty: Class 2
》Unsafe
》Secure
》Low Entity Count

Description

Level 1.8 appears to be a hallway interminable in horizontal extent. The floor is constructed from natural oak wooden flooring and walls/ceiling assembled from concrete coloured with white paint. Every few meters on the ceiling connected to the right wall is a 20-30W fluorescent bulb that illuminates with a lilac-purple hue. Further examination of these light sources show that no cables or wires are attached - therefore the light must contain some atypical property that allows this behaviour.

Level 1.8.

Level 1.8 also has a variant of mirror. These can be seen every few square mile and they contain characteristics that make them noclippable/passable. Exiting via these mirrors is possible, but it wont guarantee an entirely certain exit method. Examination of these mirrors display that these mirrors have some kind of sanity-increasing property, as people have reported them feeling much more relaxed. Puddles of water (can be traced back to Almond Water) has been confirmed. These puddles do not undergo any state change (eg. evaporation). Further examination of these puddles reveal they are abnormally clean and can be consumed. These puddles of water and their origins has been theorised to be leaking from the ceiling. Examination of the ceiling show no atypical properties.

Entities

Entities in Level 1.8, despite the roster being limited, have been reported, none have been really confirmed. Some have reported seeing entities ranging from Facelings to Death Moths.

Mirrors

Technically, the mirror could be classified as an entity. Yet sentience of these mirrors hasn't been confirmed, and probably wont be until further examination the mirrors will be classified as an entity.

Colonies and Outposts

Received Signal #0145

No colonies or outposts have been confirmed to be situated on this level. But they're could be, there has been signals picked up from Level 1.8.

The translation of these signals is being attempted.

Received Signal #0145

Originally picked up in 1993 by M.E.G Level Satellites, a translation still hasn't been completed. The signal has been confirmed to be sent by an organism.

This section of this page will be updated when a translation has been done.

Entrances and Exits

Entrances

There has been no reliable method to enter Level 1.8 - You can still enter Level 1.8 by chance.

  • Noclipping through any noclippable object in sublevels Level 1.0-2.0 could potentially bring you to Level 1.8. (Estimated 3% chance for every noclippable object)

Exits

  • Noclipping through a mirror can translocate you to another level or sub-level, sub-levels could be between Level 1.5-1.9 and levels Level 2-3

Other Information And News

Other Information

  • Level 1.8 is directly on the directions of East and West. A compass will display both directions of Level 1.8 as being exactly on East and West.
  • Level 1.8 was almost mistaken as a whole level.
  • There was a debate on whether the mirrors would be classified as an entity. Displayed on a recent data leak an M.E.G operative stated "Even if them mirrors aren't really alive, it would be funny if you set it as an entity."

[M.E.G] Possible case of Level 1.8 having it's own sublevels?

An individual, who will be remained undisclosed, reported noclipping through Level 1.8 into a potentially new sublevel. They reported the lights being a blood-red hue instead of purple and the concrete being constructed from a sort of metal texture. They also stated the level's layout was different, so it wouldn't be Level 1.8's interminable horizontal extent - and would even go upwards as they stated.

[B.C] Hosting a meetup in Level 1.8

We found a noclippable wall in Level 9 near our outpost and some guy went in and somehow managed to come back to us. He said it led to Level 1.8 so we'll take his word. I think if we all go in at the same time we will be approximately in the same position when going through? If we don't then try to escape. Them weird noclipped mirrors apparently bring you to some sub-level, from there you can make your way up to Level 9 to our outpost.

This will happen on the 8th - we don't have a clock so I can't tell you the time
