Description
A picture of Level 10.3. Corpses have been edited out due to cognitohazard.
Level 10.3 is a large, unpopulated, dark and foggy level of an unknown size. The sub-level is a vast, open field nearly devoid of human and entity life. Human corpses litter the level. Resources are scarce, with the only reliable source of food being the corpses themselves. Level 10.3 is known to have a great detrimental effect on sanity as the level will sometimes produce corpses which look familiar; family members, friends and partners. The level has many other anomalous features, such as corpses decomposing slower, as well as corpses disappearing and then reappearing elsewhere.
- Corpses disappearing and reappearing
- Corpses decomposing slower than usual
Other than the corpses, there are few other things which can be found in the Level. Liquid Pain lakes, Death Berries, dead trees and structures such as small outhouses or shacks are some of the more abundant things found here. Normal Water, Cashew Water and Almond Water which has been brought into this level will slowly become tainted and eventually transforming into a form of Liquid Pain.

The ground that the level stands on has been confirmed to be composed of decomposed human remains. The soil is very fertile, but most plants will die due to the level's air. The level is constantly dark with no day/night cycle. The levels air has been described to be cold and having an unbearable stench due to the bodies around the level. Screaming, whispering, footsteps, crows and music boxes can be routinely heard. These are often attributed to be made by the level itself, or created by a wanderer's brain due to sanity degrading nature of the level.
Even though this level has a profound impact on a wanderers sanity, they cannot become Insanities. Instead, wanderers who usually should become them will die at the first sign of transformation.
It is possible to find other wanderers in this level, but it is very unlikely due to the fog and size.
Entities
