Level 1027 is the 1028th level of the Backrooms.

Description
Level 1027 appears to be an old and rundown hotel. This hotel has 700 total floors; all are identical, except for the top floor, which has major differences. The 700th floor is almost completely filled with monitors and TVs. They appear to be security cameras, recording different unidentified locations in the Backrooms. To add, Level 1027 has an anomalous effect which causes all who enter to be alone, even if they entered in a group. This makes colonies or outposts impossible to create.
An entity called "The Watcher" has been reported on this level, causing auditory hallucinations of unintelligible voices. These messages are yet to be deciphered, but patterns in the messages have been identified.

The Watcher
- The Watcher is an entity that appears to be very thin, with pink-colored skin. There is only one known photo of it.
- This entity first appears on the 342nd floor, slowly moving toward any Wanderer on this level. The Watcher moves slowly and methodically at first, but as a Wanderer continues ascending the hotel's floors, the entity's speed increases.
- Currently, it is unknown how to stop this entity from chasing those on this level.
"Billy"
- "Billy" is simply a nickname for this entity, as most information about it is unknown. The only information that can be attained about this entity comes from the single photo ever taken of it. This entity has a worm-like head with sharp teeth and long, skeletal arms.
- Information about this entity is limited because most who come across it are never seen again.
- It is thought that "Billy" eats its victims due to consumed corpses being reported.
