This level is very claustrophobic (some airvents have the diameter of 30cm). Some airvents can lead up or down. Some are even diagonally but that's pretty rare.

Some parts of the vents are sensitive. This means that if you would crawl on them you would fall through and into The void. You can know that by the metal plates being rusted. You can also find traps in here like fans. The blades on these fans are covered in Liquid Pain.
Another type of trap is The "Intiminitators" they pretend to be an airvent but if go through one the walls will close in on you and squish you to death. You can tell it's a fake because of the different colored walls. They can be darker or lighter.
You can even see holes in the walls and floors throughout this level. When looked in, one can find Other Levels like: Level 5, Level 28, Level 27 , Level -178.1 and Level 0 are the most common ones. But some poeple have reported to see other levels than those.
