Description
Level 11 is similar to Level 9 in size and structure, however, rather than consisting of middle-class suburban houses, it is populated with apartments, office buildings, and various department buildings. People have reported that It seems to have aspects and landmarks of several well-known cities, including, but not limited to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and Toronto. Level 11 is also cluttered with parks, plazas, ice skating rinks, basketball fields, metro stations, and retail stores. The level is now currently in disrepair after the recent conflicts. Due to the trollgers and natural earthquakes and natural disasters, this can make this level dangerous at times and especially during the night but there are not very many hostile entities here.
There are multiple nuclear power plants throughout Level 11 and are usually present 40,000 kilometers apart, these plants do not appear to be operational. Although Level 11 seems stationary, movement, while the building is out of sight, is quite common. The structure of Level 11 seems to be constantly shifting, and explorers have reported buildings moving hundreds of feet while out of sight. Do NOT look down the sewers.
Facelings are extremely common, and can be found throughout all areas of the metro. Level 11 seems to affect both adult/child Facelings and even Hounds making them neutral towards travelers, additionally this “passive effect” makes Facelings act like ordinary human beings. Death Moths, Crawlers, Observers and Smilers are rarely seen here, although the “passive effect” does not seem to affect these creatures. Pigeons can also be seen in this level, and this is the level you will see them the most.
Events
Level 11 during one of these events.
Although level 11 is safe and is mostly devoid of any hostile entities, on specific dates, strange phenomena, called events, occur. These events can range from being totally harmless, to posing major threats to the inhabitants of level 11. The threat levels, and frequency of these events have seem to increased recently by unknown incidents.
The most recent event to have occurred was on April 22nd, 2021.
- During the day, the atmosphere around Level 11 turned bright red, and major earthquakes were triggered every so often. In the distances, strange distorted noises were reported being heard.
The level during this event
- One day, the atmosphere turned a bright blue. The humans, and entities were surprised by this event, but not scared. But a face appeared in the skies. The face screamed and caused a blinding light to come from it. Everything was going to be obliterated if it weren’t for the pigs, they used a MK-47 to take it down. The pigs are still the heroes of the city.
- One day, an unknown explosion destroyed the whole level. Its now completely destroyed. That event is known as "The War". (Note by the rebuilders) we’ve repaired the hole level, we have Faceling Warriors to defend this city now.
- One day, a portal opened up in a random work building. All of the entities and wanderers went to this portal to investigate, it turned out to be a portal to the BEYONDerRooms. Due to the entrance going to NECR0-level 0
- One day, a malcrobyte made it to level 11. It went into a vat of radioactive waste and transformed into a longer, and bigger malcrobyte. This malcrobyte cloned itself in seconds. The entity had to be shot down and burned into charcoal.
Level 11 if it was overtooken by the Enscar.
P.E.A & Backroom Colonists Make a Safer Sub-level
- Due to the fact the two groups wanted to renovate the level's landscape and survivability, the residents of this level used a space altering device on a portal that opened up during an event on April 22nd, 2021 and an entire futuristic city was built.
- One day, all of the hostile entities died, making this level back to it’s original state. This level is now a class 0 due to the changes of this level.
The "Greg Filton" Incident
After the combine took over, a crazy lunatic who goes by the name of "Greg Filton" hacked all of the TVs in the level and broadcasted himself threatening if the combine didn't leave he would nuke the level. Greg realized he messed up and now the combine was starting to look for him, word also got around that he didn't have any nukes (which is true). So Greg decided to escape the level. Security camera footage showed him hopping onto a train in the metro. After that, a bounty was placed on his head for B500,000 for causing a panic in the level and disobeying the combine. Now an estimated 550 people are looking for him now, but nobody has found him yet.
The ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ Attack
On July 2nd, 2021, an entity, presumably ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓, infiltrated Outpost 203 and attacked its inhabitants, the incident has left 11 people dead and 23 injured, an unknown amount of supplies have also went missing after the attack.
- On May 31, 2021, someone made a very loud sound that got caught by a humanoid inside the building. It started running towards the sound and then it found the source. Shortly after another creature noclipped here and started to attack. Half of the military died. When one creature died, the other creature was trapped in a reinforced basement where some people were inside of. It broke out 2 hours later and then killed off the rest of the group, and then killed 40 Facelings until getting weakened by high frequency sound, so it retreated back in the basement.
- Total casualties: 2879
