Description
Level 11 is similar to Level 9 in size and structure, however, rather than consisting of middle-class suburban houses, it is populated with apartments, office buildings, and various department buildings. People have reported that It seems to have aspects and landmarks of several well-known cities, including, but not limited to New York, Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, São Paulo, and Tokyo. The level seems to have infinite length, so although the level is very populated, it isn't dense.
Level 11 is also cluttered with parks, plazas, ice skating rinks, basketball fields, metro stations, however, no actual sto The level is now currently in disrepair after the recent conflicts. Due to the natural earthquakes and natural disasters, this can make this level even more dangerous at times and especially during the night but there are not very many hostile entities here.
There are multiple nuclear power plants throughout Level 11 and are usually present 40,000 kilometers apart, these plants do not appear to be operational. Although Level 11 seems stationary, movement, while the building is out of sight, is quite common. The structure of Level 11 seems to be constantly shifting, and explorers have reported buildings moving hundreds of feet while out of sight. Do NOT look down the sewers.
Facelings are extremely common, and can be found throughout all areas of the metro. Level 11 seems to affect both adult/child Facelings and even Hounds making them neutral towards travelers, additionally this “passive effect” makes Facelings act like ordinary human beings. Death Moths, Crawlers, Observers and Smilers are rarely seen here, although the “passive effect” does not seem to affect these creatures. Pigeons can also be seen in this level, and this is the level you will see them the most.
