Survival Difficulty: Class 5
》Extremely Unsafe
》Negligible Security
》Moderate Entity Count

Level 11 is an almost completely destroyed city, which was previously habitable. The level has extreme anomalous phenomena, and is extremely susceptible to natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and blizzards. The entities inhabiting this area are extremely dangerous, and are usually very hostile. This, compared with the extreme darkness and general anomalous phenomena of the level, make it extremely dangerous to traverse, and even more dangerous to inhabit.

Despite this danger, many groups and colonies have formed to explore this level, and gain some of the precious objects it holds, making this a highly contested area group-wise. All operations, M.E.G-lead or otherwise, are recommended to take extreme caution.

The "Portal Shatter" Event

At 6/██/20██, the following phenomenon, believed to be connected to The Limina Effect, occurred.

0-1 Hour(s): A significant uptick in people no-clipping to and from Level 11 was reported.

5-8 Hours: Large sections of Level 11 became entirely no-clippable. More exits and entrances to Level 11 were reported.

12-15 Hours: Visible "glitchy" sections of reality in the level were reported. M.E.G. leaders placed the situation on high priority.

20-28 Hours: Almost all documented areas the level exhibited extreme anomalous phenomena and instability. Exits and entrances begin to become unreliable.

48 Hours: Almost all areas of the level "explode", being completely destroyed, and killing almost all life that was inhabiting the level at the time.

Welcome, Gary!

Hello? About that "instability" thing... We have good news and bad news. The good news is that we now know why this is happening. You see, there's a "gap" in the levels. Tons of levels have seemingly been "deleted", and to fill the missing space, levels have started expanding, sometimes into each other, or even into The Frontrooms. Explains the whole "Limina Effect" situation.

The bad news?

It's spreading.

More and more areas of the Backrooms and Frontrooms are getting affected by The Limina Effect, and the effects are increasing in scope and severity. Governments have started to take notice, although the Frontrooms side of the M.E.G has been pretty slow at setting up the proper ways to inform people. Hell, thousands of cities have been affected by it in the last month alone.

My advice? Act fast. We need to inform people about this ASAP, or else all the blood shed will be on our hands.

I hope you do the right thing.
