Description
A small sample of the doors in Level 1212
Level 1212 resembles a large house. It is one of the smaller levels, with an estimated five square kilometers of total area.
One key identifying factor of this level is how many doors and pathways they are. Every 3-7 minutes, the doorways move and change by unknown means. This makes it nearly impossible to orient yourself for very long. An average of 50% of the doors are locked, but that still leaves around a hundred doors left. Each door leads to a random level, mostly Class 3 or above ones. There are also seemingly endless hallways that eventually lead to safer levels. These are much rarer. Stairwells will either lead to a Class 0 level or a Class 5 level, and they are the rarest structure in the level.

If you don't make a choice of which door, hallway, or stairwell to go through within 15 minutes, then all the lights will go out, all the doors will lock, and pathways/stairwells will vanish. Entities will flood the level, and there will be no escape.
Entities
Before the 15 minute mark, there are nearly no entities besides a single hound if you are unlucky. Once the lights go out, most entities are present in large numbers.

Due to any given person only able to stay 15 minutes at a time in this level, there are no colonies or outposts

- Falling asleep in Level 520 has a small chance to bring you here
- There is a small chance at any given moment for you to teleport here, usually it is more common for you to teleport here on safer levels
- If you No-clip whilst being attacked by an entity, there is a high chance for you to end up here
Exits
- No-clipping in this level will only send you to the void, so the only was to escape is through the doors
