Description[]

Room2000

An image of a dimly-lit hallway with red padding taken by a photographer.

Room2000

Level 128 is a large, 400,000sq mi pale office with distant murmurs and echoes of inhabitants inside of regular office hours. The sounds stretch as you move, and no one is able to find the source of the sound. Due to paranormal features, rooms also change as you go on. Such areas (that are known) include The beginning, Basement, Corroded, and Tartarus. Each sub-area has it's own low-quality photograph.

The beginning is what the wanderers of this level call home. To this day, some pave their endless journey. It is the largest and safest sub-area of them all, stretching across 200,000sq mi and starting at the center of the office. Due to its immense size, explorers take no longer than 66,667 hours to reach the end, or approximately 2777.7917 days. Though it is not infinite, there are still chances you run into some resources. The beginning provides a scarce but distributable source of useful and edible supplies. They are usually found on white, plastic folding tables with up to 4 bottles of Almond Water. They are based upon sheer luck or will and courage of the wanderer on this level-for example, if one's feelings is intrepid and valiant, they will receive the maximum amount of resources as a gift. The level's office ambience is most commonly found here. Nothing is causing this, and the information regarding the phenomenon still remains limited. In addition, the day-night cycle populates this particular sub-area and could possibly be connected to why it is, as the noises do range from 6 o'clock to midnight-as if it is simulating a standalone office, preferably one in the The Frontrooms.

The Basement is a diminutive sub-area with 100sq mi spanning rooms of modern-fashioned architecture. It could be entered by walking downstairs, these stairs usually found throughout the beginning. The distant noises of the office above are completely diminished, as for apparent reasons. It is instead replaced with a medium-pitched ringing of classy, elegant music. The location of the source is still unknown, but for now, it is classified as yet another paranormal feature of Level 128. The basement isn't all too safe, however. Blackened areas usually cast over empty, unfurnished rooms. Smilers dwell in these small spots, foreseeably.

TheBasement

Only image known of the Basement.

TheBasement

Corroded is the third sub-area of Level 128. It is 150sq mi wide, and only one person has made it this far. When you enter, the pale-white walls gradually dissipate into a depressive, chipped, tonal gray state. It is the one of the most dangerous sub-areas, Tartarus taking first place. As a new addition, there are multiple stages with varying risks. Stages of this area includes:

* Nicked and damaged
* Large obstacles and falling, hazardous objects
* Extensive damage, rubble and in total ruins

"What? Did I make it to the exit? What is this place? Did I do something wrong?"

"I think I made it to the other level! Oh man, only if my friends were here."

*Sighing, still walking down the empty, corroded corridor.*

*The lights flicker until they shut off. [REDACTED] eyes dart around, until they laid on a pair of glowing, white eyes looming in the dark distance.*

*Without hesitation, [REDACTED] staggered back and ran away from the potential danger.*

*He could hear the entity behind him, it's swift movement catching him off guard.*

*It screeches and lunges at him. However, as if on cue, a blinking light fell right into the path of the entity, trapping it for a short amount of time.*

*Just as [REDACTED] peered over to spot an exit door, he tripped and no-clipped into the floor.*

*Catching his breath, he glanced up and stared down a long, red and warm hallway.*

*[REDACTED] walks down the corridor. Shivers were sent down his spines as he couldn't help but overhear faraway howling and screeching of human pain and growling of the skin-stealers.*

*He stopped dead in his tracks as one of the skin-stealers emerged from the corner ahead, and before he could turn around and sneak away, he was tackled from his rear.*

*The camera drops to the ground, and all was visible was two skin-stealers devouring [REDACTED]'s body, blood spilling onto the concrete ground.*

Run, run away

The only image of Tartarus, and a skin-stealer.

Run, run away

Tartarus is Level 128's last sub-area, excluding itself from the office. The only way to get here is by chance; no-clipping through the floor in Corroded. It is a precariously fatal sub-area, and it has only one exit. It is infested with entities, and is almost impossible to escape. The murmurs and echoes of the office crowds have turned into distant screams of agony and torture to deceive the wanderer and play with their mind. The room is at a warm 68 °F, but as you stroll further amd get closer to entities, it gets to a maximum of 85 °F. Wanderers may experience unusual sensations of migraines, fevers, nausea and dry-throat due to the exposure of the heat and red-hued light. Reasons as to why the lights taint the human body are currently unknown, on account of the little information on Tartarus.

Entities[]

Skin-stealers are commonly found throughout Corroded and Tartarus, usually 1-2. Smilers lurk in the darkened areas of the Basement, countless reported. Hounds reside in the Corrosion sub-area, a random capacity patrolling the corridors.

Colonies & Outposts[]

As stated earlier, a large number of explorers all united and formed groups. They actively goal to observe Level 128 and discover exits. Since then, they have expanded and accommodated a space in the beginning.

Progress is the name of Level 128's wanderer outpost. As of February 8th, 2024, it has approximately 16 members who strive to gain their ground and survive, hence the title. They have a successful supply distribution service, utilizing their supplies and sharing with one another. As for it's history, traumatizing events such as members on the edge of insanity planning an attack to sabotage the system have re-occurred throughout its existence.

Entrances & Exits[]

Entrances[]

One can enter by sliding their body into a cramped, odd wall with a slit in Level 4.
Another possible entrance is just by simply pressing the buttons 1, 2 and 8. on the elevator in Level 3.
