Level 12 is the 13th level of the Backrooms.
An animated version of the image that is typically produced when one attempts to photograph Level 12.
Description
Level 12's environment is in stark contrast to its predecessors, as it is one of the most basic yet least understood; Level 12 is a small, brightly lit, white painted room containing nothing more than a small table and a chair, sitting adjacent to a locked door. What else may lie within however, is undeterminable.
Despite the mounting number of claims of entry into this level, there is little to no concrete evidence of the very existence of the level, let alone the contents of it. Researchers, explorers, engineers all capable of accurately retelling their story in detail right before entry, but little more beyond that, their minds blanking as soon as they depart.
M.E.G Summary Statement
Level 12 appears to possess a simple yet widely unknown ability to censor itself. All attempts at video or photographic captures of level 12 have proven futile thus far; equipment failures, mere forgetfulness, any possible incident that could result in failure to adequately picture the level, has occurred. Videos return static, photographs taken reveal little more than a simple close up image of one of the white painted walls. As of yet, no Entity sightings for Level 12 have been appended to the M.E.G. database.
