This level appears as a city hotel, and can have between 10-13 floors plus a roof. The hallways seem to be infinite, but will actually loop back around each. After wandering through this level for a while, it will become apparent that you are walking in circles. Elevators can be found that can all be taken to the main level where you can exit the level.

Description
This level at first resembles an ordinary hotel which can be found in the Frontrooms, however its halls appear to loop endlessly, and are infested by a number of Backrooms entities, most notably the entities referred to as the "Hotel Staff". Due to these entities, this level is amongst the most populated of the backrooms.
1st Floor
The 1st Floor of the hotel appears to be an infinite reception area, and is where the Clerk can be found.
2nd Floor
The 2nd Floor of the hotel appears to be an infinite restaurant populated by dozens of Skin Waiters shambling about. Oddly, this restaurant will only appear in the 'morning' and disappears after 2:30pm Backrooms time. Between 2:30pm and 5:30 am, the 2nd floor will instead lead to an infinite kitchen populated by Skin Chefs, who will respond aggressively to wanderers entering the floor at this time.
3rd Floor
The 3rd Floor seems to be a series of indoor pools resembling those found in the hotels of the Frontrooms, though the ones found here will go on indefinitely. Strange Crayfish can sometimes be found at the bottom of these pools; though mostly docile, these crayfish have been known to occasionally drag Wanderers underwater and restrain them with their claws until they drown. Why these crayfish engage in this behavior is unknown, as they do not seem to feed on humans and generally let them go and ignore them after they have expired.
4th Floor
The 4th Floor will resemble the corridors of a cheap motel. Lights here will flicker and glow dimly including ones you have brought yourself, like Flashlights. Loud shouting and banging can be heard coming from behind the various doors found on this floor, and hostile entities can often be found lurking around the corners, including Facelings, Sixarms, Spoggers, Death Moths, and Death Rats. Rooms here will also be almost completely bare except for a pair of beds and occasionally, a Television. Rooms with Televisions should be avoided, and it is highly recommended to keep your bell in hand at all times in case of an emergency.
5th Floor
Entering the 5th floor is not recommended, as the hallways seem to have lost all power and light sources. Smilers are known to roam freely in this level, though Pulse Worms and Sixarms have also rarely been spotted here, and are believed by some to be the cause of this floor's abnormal darkness. Rooms on this floor will be seemingly unaffected by the poor state of the hallways, and will have bright light sources which often temporarily blind Wanderers who unlock the doors leading into them. Though mostly bare, these rooms will have comfortable beds and non-hostile television which seem to be able to access the cable television of the Frontrooms.
6th Floor
The hallways of the 6th floor will be bare, but clean and well-lit in comparison to the previous 2 floor, and devoid of hostile entities. a number of Wanderers are believed to inhabit this area, though due to the sheer size of this floor and the distance between rooms, they are few and far between. These Wanderers have set up a system of bells attached to threads which they can pull in order to ring them incase of an emergency. The Wanderers of the 6th Floor use this system of bells to summon large numbers of Skin Concierges in order to trample any hostile entities trying to gain access to this floor, a method which has been incredibly efficient at keeping this floor Secure.
7th Floor
The 7th Floor is much like the 6th, however Wanderers here will be more numerous and live in closer knit communities than the Wanderers of the 6th Floor. Rooms on this level will have big windows which seem to look out into the skyline of Level 11. Vending Machines can often be found along the hallways with various of options for food and drinks, which seem to replenish their supply infinitely until damaged or tipped over.
Hotel staff
Hotel Staff is the name given to the Skin Stealers which inhabit this level, as within this level Skin Stealers have been known to adapt into a number of variants that range in their levels of hostility. Most notably, all will be found wearing hotel uniforms, and will respond to the sound of a bell being jingled.
Luggage Stealers
These Skin Stealer variants are named for their strange behavior of stealing any bags or "luggage" that is being carried by Wanderers who encounter them. These variants are said to be particularly fast, and will become hostile if chased down or attacked. They have also been described as having a pained or depressed expressions on their "faces" when looked at from close range. These entities will become hostile at the sound of a bell.
Skin Concierges
These Skin Stealers are described as having a younger and healthier appearance than the Luggage Stealers. They will generally wander about aimlessly unless they hear the sound of a bell; After hearing these sounds, Skin Concierges will converge at the sight were the sound was produced, and loom there for a period of up to 5 minutes for every 3 seconds that the sound is produced.
Since Skin Concierges are the most numerous of the entities in this level (numbering in the hundreds), this will lead to rooms and entire halls being filled by a multitude of Concierges. While not hostile towards Wanderers, they have been known to crush and trample other entities that get in the way of them reaching the source of the sound. While this behavior cannot be used to lure Skin Concierges outside this level, it can be used to defend yourself from the attack of another hostile entity.
Skin Chefs
Skin Chefs include Skin Stealers which wear the uniforms of waiters, chefs, and food preparers commonly found in hotels. They will always wander in groups of 3, which communicate with each other using a series of grunts and hollers when hunting down non-Hotel Staff entities attempting to inhabit the level. After subduing these foreign entities, Skin Chefs will proceed to peel the skin from them and cook it using large frying pans that are always at 160 degrees Fahrenheit while in the hands of these chefs.
Elevator man
This entity appears to be a Skin Stealer with the appearance of an incredibly old man. His skin is exaggeratedly wrinkled, to the point that his eyes are not visible, but instead appear as dark holes on his leathery face. This 'old man' will be found standing inside of all the Elevators opened on this level, standing in front of the buttons which control the machine. The entity will ramble endlessly in the manner typical of an elderly person, though sentences will not be coherent or understandable. The Elevator Man does not respond to external stimuli, except when hearing a number between 1-13. Upon hearing a number, the Elevator Man will proceed to push the corresponding button and prompt the elevator to go to that floor.
The Clerk
Is the first thing you see when entering the building and can be found sitting behind the desk in front of the entrance of the hotel. He has been described as a Skin Stealer with an incredibly disturbing, wide grin. Upon spotting a Wanderer, The Clerk will approach them and hand them a hand bell and a room key with the inscription: "Your Key, Your Room, Your Happiness. Welcome to the -". These keys will have a 4 digit number engraved into them. The first 2 digits in this number are believed to correspond with the floor the room can be found on.
Entities
Besides the Hotel Staff, there are a number of entities believed to infest this level. Sixarms, Hounds, and Facelings can be found lurking on certain floors of this hotel. Clumps live in the ceiling and like to come out when you are asleep, so it is best to stay alert. And some hounds like hiding under the beds but other than that the rooms look surprisingly nice when you enter.
