Spawn

When you teleport to this level, you will find yourself inside of a large, cubical platform with a ladder leading to the top of it. There is a trap door made out of Condensed Pebble that you should open to reach the main area. This is the only place that you can spawn in to in the whole level. It is the only platform that is a bright color in the level, being lime green.

Description

Level 1444 is an expanse of dull colored pillars floating atop of an infinite sky, with no pattern regarding the height, color, and size of these pillars. They are never overly saturated and are dull colors in general. It is theorized that the texture of these pillars may be connected to the colors of them, but it is not confirmed as the pattern is either too large or untrue. Some specific blue platforms may be slippery though, and beige pillars contain deposits of condensed pebble. The pillars are always between 2 meters and 12 meters apart. Sometimes, the generation of these pillars will malfunction, causing multiple platforms to cluster together.

Chunk Explanation

Groups of pillars are separated by chunks, each being approximately 1 kilometer wide, but it is assumed that the actual size is a few billionth decimal places off from the estimated size. Each chunk has a different generation pattern and is separated into 108 groups. Each group causes a different generation but can generate the same chunk multiple times. Whenever you venture 10 kilometers away from a chunk, it unloads, and generates a new number within the 108 groups to load if you go within 10 kilometers of it. You are unable to tell where a new chunk starts and finishes, unless you see key features of some chunks.

Chunk Description

Some chunks of pillars are much more valuable to encounter than others. The following are the most notable chunks:

Chunk 1 - This chunk is only able to appear once and cannot de spawn. This chunk is the one you start in, with arguably the easiest collection of pillars, being quite large and a safe size to jump on. Its difficulty is rank 1.

Chunk 14 - This chunk contains many beige pillars, which means there is a lot of condensed pebble to be collected. Its difficulty is rank 2 because the pillars differ majorly in size but are still relatively large so you could find other routes.

Chunk 38 - This chunk contains the thinnest platform in the whole level, being only 1/2 of a centimeter wide. It is important as it is one of 4 ways to exit the level. Its difficulty is rank 2.

Chunk 53 - This chunk contains many blue platforms, which is very dangerous to cross. This chunk should be avoided if possible. Its difficulty is rank 4.

Chunk 76 - This chunk is widely considered to be the most difficult to cross, as it has an abundance of tall, thin pillars that are only reachable if you climb it. It contains a way to exit the level, so it could be worth traversing if you intend on going to a specific level. Its difficulty is rank 6, the only rank 6 in the level.

Do's and Don'ts

Do:

-Collect Condensed Pebble

-Travel with other people as there are no entities that you can confuse them with

Don't:

-Jump off/fall down the pillars. This will cause you to fall for eternity, unless you somehow fall through a red cloud.

Colonies and Outposts

There are no colonies on this level that intend to stay due to lack of resources, but sometimes 2-5 people gather at a group of grouped pillars to guide travelers to a safe exit. Some people explore this level searching for Condensed Pebble.

Entrances

Enter a trap door in the floor of Level 15

Find a lamp post with a green light in Level 1985 and noclip through it

Jump into a toy box and close the lid in Level 765, which causes the floor to open and teleport you to Level 1444.

Exits

Impale yourself in the heart on the smallest pillar at Chunk 38, being the first and only one to do so in that chunk. It will teleport you to Level 998, fully resurrecting you.

Climb to the top of the tallest pillar in chunk 76 and slide down it, the pillar will extend for 10km and teleport you to Level -358.

Squeezing through a gap in one of the pillar groups will teleport you to The Hub.

Jumping off the pillars into a red-colored cloud will bring you to Level 3325.

Documentary #2050612 from Traveller 59285. 9/18/2004. Date of origin: 9/18/1914. "I've been falling in Level 1444 for 90 years, and my age still hasn't changed. I am incredibly hungry, for not eating in 90 years, but still can't seem to die. I just want my suffering to end. I hope that I fall into a red cloud soon. I wish I had listened to those travelers. I would probably be in the frontrooms by now anyway. I hope whoever finds this is doing well. Cheers, me. Just me. Always me. Please God, just save me...

The traveler was later found dead in Level 3325, along with all of his documentaries.
