Level 14 is an abandoned 1800s military hospital currently in a deteriorated state because of aging. Contaminated water containing bodily fluids leaks from the pipes and pools on the floor; do not attempt to drink it. Nausea will follow if you do. The ceiling has degraded, and the walls can no longer support it. Chunks of rotten wood consistently fall from the ceiling, being scattered throughout the hospital halls. Exert caution when navigating, as a chunk from the ceiling can easily fall, crushing a wanderer in debris. The majority of the walls are broken or vandalized with indecipherable graffiti — walls with holes may effectively function as a small crawling space if necessary. Bones and decomposed human organs can frequently be seen on the floor — researchers have been unable to figure out who these parts belonged to.
When inside this level, you can hear a consistent emergency alarm that sounds like a drill alarm. Spirits of patients and doctors going about their daily routine have been observed, stuck in a loop. Time on this level is also stagnant. The only type of entity on this level is a doctor that appears to be a tall grey humanoid wearing a doctor kit and lab coat. His legs appear to be bent backwards. The entity carries a giant surgeon knife in his arms.
While in this level, there are some areas you should avoid, like the basement, which is totally infested with dangerous entities, so if you want to travel deep in this level and want to use the basement, consider bringing a weapon and some armor, as you'll need them.

Colonies and Outposts
There is currently only 1 documented colony in Level 14.
The Hospital Society
Consists of 12 members, all of whom are doctors, who were trapped in the backrooms from 1940 to 2006.
Their purpose is to save and rescue those who are harmed or attacked by the doctors.
Their focus seems to be hospital-related issues.
Always defending injured wanderers.
They always have a first-aid kit on hand in case someone is harmed.

Entrances and Exits
Entrances
It can be accessed from Level -2 through a staircase.
Noclipping through a hospital bed in Level 442 will lead here.
Entering an abandoned hospital in The Frontrooms and doing the elevator game, will also lead here.
Exits
To leave Level 14, you must follow some arrows leading to the exit that is on the floor and made out of an unknown substance. Taking the exit guided by the arrows leads you back to level -2.
Find a vent and enter it, this will send you to Level 114.
