The wallpaper consumes
Level 1649 is a set of possibly infinite halls, both in quantity and length. The hallways are narrow, at five feet high and 3.3 feet wide. The halls are dark, with no lighting other than lightbulbs hung on the ceiling. These may fall and break on the floor, but will regrow from the ceiling after around half an hour. They do not seem to be run by electricity, as they have no filaments, and no base. The wallpaper is pink and grey, with scraps of it all over the floor, sometimes going up to the ceiling. The wallpaper also seems to have certain mold-like properties, as it can "grow" across the wall. Every few miles there will be a room in the wall, which is aesthetically the same as the hallway. There is nothing in these rooms besides more wallpaper, which will spill out Cashew Water when torn open.
Entities
Smilers, Skin-Stealers, Hounds , Clumps , small Deathmoths, and Camo Crawlers infest this level, as well as a level-exclusive entity known as "The Wallpapers", which appear to be born from the wallpaper, which is an entity in and of itself, although it is not hostile.
The Wallpapers
Description
The Wallpapers are humanoid entities completely made of pink wallpaper. They are intelligent, and are very hostile. They hunt by hiding in the wallpaper, and will seemingly capture and "torture" victims, eventually splitting their stomachs open and eating the intestines. They are agile, achieving speeds of up to 44 miles an hour. If you see any humanoid or extremely large bump or bulge in the wallpaper, it is suggested to sneak past it as quietly as possible, as they bury their eyes in the wallpaper so as to not be seen.
Dead victims are sometimes coated in wallpaper by the entities, which will result in the wallpaper fusing with the victim's corpse, and eventually replacing all external and internal tissue with wallpaper, at which point the wallpaper that once coated the victim gains sentience, and becomes fully transformed into a wallpaper entity.
Colonies/Outposts
Some rooms may contain groups of wallpapers. Other than that, due to the entities in the walls, colonies or outposts are infeasible.
Entrances and exits
Entrances
Taking off a very large amount of wallpaper in Level 0.
Finding a thick layer of wallpaper on any level, and tearing through it.
Exits
If you see a wallpaper hiding, wait for it to leave and go into the hole it was hiding in. This will theoretically take you to Level 0. Avoiding light for 5 minutes will transport you to Level 11.
